Louisville Geek

Daniel and Nicholas have been exceptional. I recently started at a new company that uses Louisville Geek, a service I had never used before. They were extremely helpful and did everything they could to resolve my technical issues. One issue needed to be escalated to my internal IT department, which they handled for me. They also sent me a confirmation email and a Teams message to ensure I had all the information I needed to continue with my ticket. Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience.
