This company is the poster child for bait a switch. They send salespeople into your neighborhood who will out and out lie to get you to sign up. Customer service is rude and outsourced. Tried for 30 minutes to find out why my new install was on hold. The reps seem to have massive trouble navigating their system. Finally found the order and tried to reschedule. Suddenly they don't do Saturday installs anymore. They sure don't seem to want my business very bad. Do yourself a favor go with Spectrum...the lesser of two evils.

Terrible customer service, Terrible equipment, and equipment service. I've had them for OVER 10 years. Every year I have to call and get the modem replaced every single year oh and my bill slower increases every year by a few dollars oh then you'll have to stay on hold or get transferred and repeat everything you said 30 minutes ago to someone else then they also want to do the remote testing like the last person did. Then they within 2 weeks send someone out to replace the modem and everything will work for about 1 year then repeat I have all the documentation to show this for every damn year So if where you live you can go with another company do that. They absolutely are so terrible and suck

First I would like to say I would never go out of my way to write a bad review but this is the WORST company to exist. I've had nearly a HUNDRED phone calls, chats & have waited HOURS on hold. My problem has only been solved once, out of the two years I've had this WiFi. The technicians are the only people who have been easy to talk to, but getting them out to your house is almost impossible. My monthly payment has continually gone up. I had my WiFi out for 2 months one time and could not get a technician to my house. Once we scheduled I would get a text saying that they came and nobody was home, when I was patiently waiting at the door all day. When I finally had a tech come out, I was offered free WiFi that next month, but was still charged. I called to explain the situation but they had no note under my file. I was constantly back to square one. Calling is insufferable (that is not me being dramatic). Everything is so scripted it takes about 10 minutes to even be able to talk. They will literally argue with you on the phone. I have tried to disconnect and they negotiate and try every way to get you to stay. I feel as if they purposely make the wait time long so you get tired and hang up. (I currently am on the phone for 1 hour and 34 minutes and made 0 progress. Go with any other company or use your hot spot before messing with this company. Leaving a bad review isn't enough, they need jail time .

This absolutely the worse company i have ever had to deal with, there service is the absolutely terrible. It goes out all the time, they won't make a service call on weekends, its a nine hour window for appointments. You can't speak verbally to anyone. Its nearly all AI customer service. They truly suck.

Price started at $35 a few months later it's almost $70 a month. The customer service is fair, but they play a game by lower the level of strength as you get into the evening and it lags if not stops completely. The service of the internet is basically there but not much better than dial up if remember that. Stay away I would only recommend if it was all you could get, or I mean you would be better off with no longer internet.

Customer service is AWFUL! They made a mistake that caused our business lines to be down for 3 days. My husband spoke to at least 6 different people, all of whom gave him the runaround. They promised numerous times it would be fixed momentarily, but three days later, our lines are still down and we're losing business. HORRIBLE company!!!!

I am so frustrated. I'm paying so much for internet. I've been trying to change my service but the new bill I received did not reflect the changes I've called 2 more times, each call lasting an hour, and it's still not resolved. If you have any other option besides Windstream, take it.

Terrible company to use services with.. Slow internet at a very high price.. COMPLETELY unsatisfied and now I receive a bill 30 days later after I paid my final bill upon canceling services. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Completely unacceptable customer service as well as product. It's a compliment to even rate this as "1" star..
