Blazing and consistent internet! Their installers are fantastic! I left Spectrum to go to BBTel. The best choice I made. They may be $20 more. It's well worth it if you want better internet service.

On top of trashy service, gotta love the 1999 internet speed.. I switched service once and forgot the modem for a few weeks and they took me to court over that shitty equipment then was saying it cost $250 this was like 8 years ago but my sister has their service now and she hates it. It takes like 2 hours to watch a 30 minute episode

Went for a trunk or treat held by a church on 10/30/2021 and both our boys loved it! And the company was sweet enough to let them hold it there which says ALOT about the company and what the company truly cares about! The event was awesome and our boys had so much fun! Thank you to the church for holding this event and thank you to brandenburg telephone company for letting them host this there, there were so many people that showed that the parking lot was definitely needed and PACKED! (A huge parking lot and we had to wait about an hr to get parked! Will definitely be coming back next year if held at the same spot. Aswell as using brandenburg telephone company if we move more towards their end of town!)

If you enjoy 1999 internet speeds and resetting your modem numerous times a day, then this is the provider for you. Of course, they have to be the provider for you, because they're the only one in the area.

Only using one thing on my WiFi (my Roku tv) and I can't even watch my shows. This is absolutely ridiculous. Nothing else is connected to my internet!!! NOTHING. This company is garbage. So glad my year is up I will not be renewing. Been trying to watch the same episode for 5 hours. I'm at my wits end.

The internet is good when it isn't deciding to randomly disconnect and reconnect over and over again. Fiber optic speeds are useless if my school work and gaming still buffer relentlessly from losing internet for less than a second at a time 4 times a minute. Tech support can't fathom that the solution isn't to turn the boxes off and back on, and they're the only available provider in my neighborhood. So I guess I'm stuck. Can't wait to move and use another provider.

It was great at first. Then our cable and internet started going out. Sent a young guy out and all he did was what I had already done which was resetting the boxes. He didn't bother to stay long enough to see it was still going out. As much money as we pay, we shouldn't have this problem. They need better technicians that know what they are doing. I'll be calling again tomorrow to have this sorted out and hope they don't try to charge us for faulty equipment.

Been a customer for five years, i have also been waiting for optical internet service for about two years now, with all the other options for internet provider, with way much more speed and thinking they may want to keep me as a customer until optical was available, I called, just to be told that they can not and will not offer a comparable service, what I pay is what I get, regardless that other providers offer twenty times the speed for the SAME price, and was told to cancel and go to someone else. I thought a loyal customer was valuable, apparently not. Save your money, go to spectrum.
