Dot Calm

I recently brought my laptop into Dot Calm because it wouldn't update. I'd tried everything I could think of, but it just wouldn't budge. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and the staff made me feel comfortable. They asked me a few simple and easy-to-understand questions to get a sense of the problem. I came in for a simple hardware cleaning service on my PC. They were honest, fast, and quite cheap! While it wasn't a spotless job, every other part of my interactions with them made up for it. Mackenzie works the front desk and she was very nice and quick with service. There was a misunderstanding about wanting my computer's software cleaned too, but she cleared everything up with me and didn't overcharge me for just a hardware cleaning when they easily could have. Very impressed with this business and I will be returning if I ever have any other computer issues!

I came here to do a fingerprint scan for my new workplace. You have to wait a while, but they get the job done. There is a fish tank and some magazines in the waiting room. They have a lot of time options for appointments, and there's a parking lot outside.

I nuked my OS (I think?) by accident in a failed attempt to update a very old Ubuntu version to the latest one and it kept being booted to emergency mode and couldn't mount to the right drive. After a whole night of Stackoverflow and in desperation I took my computer to Dot Calm. I felt relieved when Claude and his team took it in. They did an awesome job recovering and updating the system while going out of the way to back up and secure all my data. I got my computer back in 3 days. Now my dusty 7-year-old laptop is not only sparkling clean but also running like a new machine!

This is a first class operation. From the greeting and the accurate questioning about the problem with my keyboard to Claude fixing the problem, the service outstanding. I use my laptop for work and not having it function properly was a big issue, but the problem was quickly and professional resolved for a reasonable fee.
