Da Swamp

Kids had a blast. Party host very attentive. Birthday girl was disappointed about rock climbing dismantle though. Little warm in there too.

Kids love it here. Wish there was more seating to watch the kids closer to the trampoline but overall okay. Lots to do. Arcade games available. Draw backs, elevator always broken so make it not handicap accessible to enjoy the parties upstairs and means a lot of hauling. Cool bounce houses upstairs for the Littles.

Went for the first time with my littles and nephew spending a decent amount of money and time there. Absolutely none of the employees were welcoming or wanting to help but no worries we just paid and went jump. While jumping the one employee at the high jump kept rudely staring and rolling her eyes anytime the kids would walk up the her and couldn't even care to be there. After jumping we enjoyed the arcade but after problems with multiple games taking credits and not working I finally stop an employee walking through to let him know a specific game had taken multiple credits from our game card and was still not working. The employee didn't even stop just rushed by while very rudely saying " well I will just shut it down and problem solved" Never apologizing for anything or offering our money back/offering something for the stolen credits. Will not be returning any time soon!

It was my nephews 9th birthday today. 3 of us adults paid over 300 dollars for him to have his birthday party here (we all pitched in). When we entered, the employee that was assigned to our party was so rude off the bat! My nephew told her "it's my birthday!" She then, rolled her eyes and looked away from him and did not acknowledge him. Poor customer service right from the start! So we all looked the other way because this day was about my nephew and his friends having fun. Later, I personally was told when my 2 and a half year old son entered the actual Trampoline part of the building where they have basketball and all. That I should make sure my child stays upstairs where he is designated to be.... last time I checked, there was nothing stating that on the waver!!! It's not MY job to ensure YOUR YOUNG employees arnt obsessed with checking their phones and talking to their fellow associates. To top everything off, when it was time to bring out the birthday cake. My nephew went to pull the clear top off of the cake. He then got scolded by the employee (who rudely dismissed us on our arrival.) A child should NEVER feel like they are in the wrong for simply taking off the top to there own birthday cake! She also felt the need to correct several other parents' children when they were not in any danger, breaking any rules nor harming anyone around them. She clearly hates her job and this place needs to hire ADULTS and NOT CHILDREN!!! everyone in our party was very disappointed and dissatisfied for the way we were ALL treated by these employees. As we were leaving, i asked the employee at the front door what the name of the girl was that over saw our party. She snapped at me and asked "why!? Is there some kind of problem?!" I simply said no. I was just asking a question. She then replied her name was M. What kind of name is that? She did not specify if it was EM or EMMA. Nothing. Clearly, these kids are ruling this building on their own with no sort of upper management nor adult supervision around. We WILL definitely be telling others of our experience, and Never coming back to this location. Not professional at all for the money spent. Not customer friendly. Corporate needs to address this establishment.

Grandson enjoyed himself here. Was his first time and a great place to take him to jump and release all the energy

The kids love it! It gets a little expensive, but what can you do living in a small town with not that many options. All I can say is keep your socks! Lol

Best experience ever, my kids loved it, and I think they are doing a good job, keep up with the work

Staff wasn't super focused. We stood and waited until the cashiers finished their conversation before they started our check in.
