Vexus Fiber

Dave, our sales rep was extremely kind and informative. The installation was very quick and the installation tech was nice (forgot his name) however, did not clean up drill dust that accumulated on the floor. After he left, it took almost 2 days for someone to come and bury the cable line running from the street to the house when we were told they would be there before the end of the same day.

Best internet service. From scheduling my appointment online to the day of install Vexus was amazing. I really hope they can service my area so I can go back. Highly recommend!! Office is clean !

They are laying cables/wires and cutting other provider cables/wires, leaving me without wifi for a whole day at a time multiple times since work began. You are probably doing it on purpose so people will get frustrated with their current carrier and move to Vexus. Also, they have cut water pipes within the city and now my wayer is dirty. SHAME ON YOU! I am bringing light to this everywhere I can. SAY NO TO VEXUS!!

I was pleasantly surprised on how quickly the fiber was installed. The installer, Jason, was polite and very professional. Another thing I was surprised with was a day or two after the installation, Jason called me and asked if he could come by. Evidently my installation had raised a flag as having a problem, of which Jason came and trouble shot my system and found a wire/fiber that had gotten cramped. He made the repair and with a device walked my home and made sure I had the proper strength of signal.

Trash internet. DO NOT SWITCH. We had no issues with ATT dsl but were convinced by a sales rep to switch and that they would hook it up and if we didn't like it after a month, they would come get their equipment and hook our old stuff back up. We ended up with lags every night for the month with just two TVs on. So we called back and told them we weren't going to go with them and they told us that we had to unhook everything ourselves and bring it in and then call ATT to get our old internet hooked back up. The sales rep, Dave, lied to us to get our business and the internet sucks. Definitely not even worth trying out. Just a new company that'll be out of business in no time. We spoke with a manager and they were no help at all. Turns out, it's not even actual fiber optics, that's why it lags.

Nice customer service!! Had a problem right after installation, and they were able to fix it within 15 minutes. Still a bit iffy since it's a new company but so far we've had great speed and no problems

Good customer service and fast internet and the workers are very professional

Every aspect of my experience with Vexus has been positive. A very polite young man sold me the service and, in less than three days, had the service installed by a very courteous technician. Once the service had been installed at my home and tested with the technician, I found out shortly after that one of the requirements for my home office, a static IP address, can typically not be provided for Home users. I called their support line but reached them after hours and did not leave a message. Imagine my surprise when I received a return phone call at 8:03 am the following day from Vexus stating they missed a call from me. Color me very impressed. Not only did they return a call without a message, but they were also able to accommodate my issues with my home office needs. Based on my experience, I recommend Vexus Internet service to anyone who is in their installation footprint.
