DSI, more specifically Steve saved my build ! GPU had a chip, in the Pcie slot ( super important part ), in which I thought it was completely dead. However Steve called me in and said let's not jump to any conclusions ! Let's take a look at it. Two days later he worked his magic, while setting realistic expectations, And It works ! Been using it ever since and can highly recommend their work. Remember each problem is unique, but I can promise they will do whatever they can to get you a satisfactory result !

Had steve make my pc, I brought all the parts and he assembled it masterfully. I would absolutely recommend affordable build price and affordable windows install. Overall a 10/10 experience

I am very happy and pleased with the service I received at DSI. I was having an issue with my computer going through a VPN and I couldn't figure out why it was doing that. I never remembered clicking on anything, but Steve from DSI was able to figure it out and fix me up. Very reasonably priced. All I had to pay with the diagnostic fee of $55.00. He did say if I wanted to get more Ram he could do that too, but he didn't push me to make that decision and understood when I said I needed to wait. We are lucky to have a knowledgeable computer guy in the area. Thanks again.

I recently had my desktop repaired by Steve at DSI. This guy really knows his stuff. If you have any computer needs he's the one to go to. Highly recommended A+
