No matter WHEN I have a question or need service Kathy and her team are ON IT. A few weeks ago clients weren't getting my emails from my Godaddy hosted mail (and hadn't been for weeks, I only found out about it then.) Within minutes Kathy had me set up with a new account hosted with my site right on her servers. Problem solved just after I found out about it! Today, it's Christmas and my home IP chose to go all squiggly and not recognise my own website. I texted Kathy and BOOM she did some magic to bypass my ISPs issue and it fixed it ...ON CHRISTMAS DAY! No other host I've ever had offers service like that. If you have a web presence, Greenlight Websites needs to be your hosting company!

I've been struggling with a new hosting company which is supposed to be one of the best in the business and advertises as being specialists in WordPress. We just migrated my blog to them, and in the process thousands of internal links were broken on my site. I called the new hosting company 5 times and spent hours on the phone with tech support trying to get these links fixed, but no one seemed to know what to do. I was eventually informed that the hosting company doesn't work on internal links and they couldn't help me. My partner had a business card from Kathy, who we met briefly several years ago. He called her and explained the situation. She went into my WordPress blog, found the problem, fixed it in less than an hour and sent me an email to that effect, offering to host our sites if we ever want a new host. We will be switching to Greenlight immediately, and after days of frustration and many tears, my blog is fixed. I am beyond grateful and relieved!

Kathy of Greenlight gave me great info that put me on the right track, moving my websites from my previous webworker.
