Working with Websolutions has been terrific. Q-Team is an arborist that has very specific and demanding needs from a web development company. From the first interaction until now they have been responsive, fast, courteous and fantastic to work with. There have been many times where we make a request for a change and within a few moments they have responded and immediately start working on the needed changes. SEO has been amazing and has kept Q-Team as a top result since we began working with them. I cannot recommend a better company to help build and maintain a website. Truly great!

I have used Dan and WebSolutions Maine to build two websites. Both businesses were in industries that many people had little knowledge of. Dan did his research and learned the businesses and designed websites for them that were professional and indepth with client logins to access personalized products. One site needed to strongly resemble a parent company's site with links for clients to login and access an operating system. All were done professionally and timely. I've asked Dan about accessing the workings of the website myself. He gave me the option of having access and paying him for the time it would take to fix anything I "broke" or just letting him maintain the site... No brainer for me...

Review Update: Since moving from Dan & Sandy at Websolutions Maine/Florida we have: -Stopped getting 4-8 spam emails daily in our mailbox -Gotten several clients from our new websites due to actual SEO and traffic. -Had to spend multiple hours with lawyers and funds to take Dan to court to try to recoup our losses which are frustrating on top of Dans very poor customer service. BUYER BEWARE!! I want to preface this review by saying that Dan/Websolutions ran three websites for my various family businesses for many years so this experience was especially shocking. We placed a lot of trust in Dan to do right by us and even sent him some business throughout the years because we did not know better. We now do and I want to issue a warning to any other clients Dan has so they are not taken advantage of like we were. Dan Charged me $6500 for my website which I thought was pretty steep. I asked around and got the answer that this is pretty steep but notunheard of for REALLY good work. Unfortunately, Dan's work is not very good or even passable by modern standards. Below are some of the biggest issues we encountered: * Dan and his team misspelling words on my google search result/throughout my website * Ignoring requests until I asked the same questions 4/5/6 times * No spam protection * Refused to listen to me or my brother in law when we tried to tell him that we do not provide those services but added them anyway for "SEO" * Dan does not give you access to your website so he can charge you inflated prices to make little changes to your website * Unfortunately, this is just the beginning of the issues we encountered until we found a modern web developer that blew us away! When I brought these issues up to Dan (with my entire family) he completely ghosted us. I have now sent several emails and left a voicemail. He did answer my brother in law about a separate question so we know he is still around. We are taking Dan to small claims court here in Maine to recoup the funds we paid to him for poor/no work as well as letting other businesses owners know what is going on. We were just shocked at how bad this experience was and would love to save anyone else the time.
