This is the absolutely BEST company for shared hosting out there. Support is GREAT. I once had a site go down on Christmas day and client was having a "day after Christmas Sale"...I started a chat at 2am day after Christmas, got a support person and within 30 minutes site was fixed and back up and operating. Amazing Support.

I had a very difficult and urgent issue, and Brijesh was absolutely amazing. He spent a lot of time helping me troubleshoot step-by-step until we finally got it solved. Even my developer, who has over 20 years of experience, wasn't able to figure it out -- but Brijesh did. I'm so grateful for his help, patience, and persistence. We've used Cloudways since 2016 and they've always been excellent. Their control panel is very easy to use, their online help staff are great and if they can't help immediately, they'll raise a ticket and sort it out. New rolling out of tech can face teething issues but then that's the case for many companies. I heartily recommend their advanced support and their ease of use. Great for agencies with lots of servers and apps.

I used to be a fan of Cloudways. I even referred them to others. But now that I need to downscale a server, I discovered it's not possible. The option is greyed out with no clear warning beforehand. You can scale up easily, but scaling down requires cloning your entire server manually. This is a dark pattern, designed to make upgrades easy and downgrades hard. I feel misled, and it's costing me time to clone and DNS change. Very disappointed.
