Those who put their information in think that it's Housing and Urban Development, which means that the lead usually cannot afford a house at 8% mortgage rate.

Worst company to work for because you sell leads on their websites that screws over 90% of the customers/agents. I worked there for a little over 2 months then they let me go. It is an extremely toxic atmosphere. Management is horrible. They show extreme favoritism. If you are not making your call quota and getting "sales" everyday they look down on you and ignore you. You find out real quick if you're the "favorite" or not. You are not even allowed to take 30 minutes for lunch. The sales mgr is an arrogant power hungry chauvinist. Pretty much all of the mgmt team is like that. Oh and you are selling a scam. DO NOT WORK THERE! I gave them one star but they don't even deserve that.

I have worked for Heavy Hammer nearly 6 years and am so grateful for the many opportunities and blessings this company has afforded me. From my first day management was helpful, supportive, and kind. I started as a business developer, moved into sales for years, and am now one of the sales managers. I enjoy selling our product in addition to training our employees. It is fulfilling to help our staff and clients achieve their personal and financial goals! No sales job is easy, but hard work pays off with this company! Big time!!

Great company to work for , I never thought I could excel in this type of sales but with the help of my director she taught me a lot. She believes in all of us and wants us to be great at what we do!! Since working at HH honestly my life has changed in many many ways for the better! I have been in sales for a little while now. Prior to working here i sold home improvement for a company that heavily encouraged lying and over pricing anything you could, i couldnt sleep at night because of it. Working here is a blessing, i sell a product i can stand behind because i know it works, i love who i work for and who i work with, they have worked with me on anything i have needed help with both in my personal life and professional life. Great place to work!

If you are considering USHud.com for Real estate lead generation, I recommend this alternative: Take whatever money you are planning to invest in this service and flush it down the toilet. You'll save time. The leads are far fewer than the company boasts and the vast majority are NOT qualified to purchase based on credit standing and incomes reported by the consumers themselves. Look up "Heavy Hammer INC. BBB complaints" and you will see over 2 dozen complaints from others who tell the exact same story and considering known statistical data showing that only 6% of unhappy customers actually complain, it seems evident there are hundreds more. I also see that Heavy Hammer insults customers when they express dissatisfaction with the service by explaining that, basically, they don't know how to speak to potential clients. Although veiled as an offer to help, their customers see it as a backhanded insult. Reps from the company say things like business has dropped or we can help you develop dialogue to gain client Interest. I worked with Zillow for one year, paid $960, received 11 leads and converted 4 so I'm not lacking the skills needed to convert. Plain and simple, I strongly recommend you spend the money for lead generation somewhere else. Rick Riccio

Great place to work. I've been here for over a decade. I love to get the call from real estate and mortgage professionals after they close their first deal from us. I also cannot say enough kind things about the people I have the privilege to work with.
