This place is great. I made an appointment to have my laptop looked at because it wasn' t backing up and a few other problems. They took care of all my issues in an hour while I waited and asked questions. They are experts and so very helpful at a reasonable price. I highly recommend.

The staff at Clark Computer Services in Frederick, MD. Were friendly and professional. I was given the option to bring in my computer or have a tech sent to my home to work on it. I chose to take it into their facility, where I was given an opportunity to sit with the tech to show him where and what the issues were. Aaron was patient and thorough. He gave me the option of a quick diagnostic or a deep dive diagnostic (which I chose). He did a great job of explaining what was going on with my computer, fixing it and tips for avoiding issues in the future. All at a reasonable cost. Will definitely use Clark Computer Services in the future.

I took my refurbished Dell laptop in for a checkup after it showed signs of a possible virus. I found it easy to make an appointment and there was very little wait to see a technician once I got there. He quickly found that my problem was not a virus, but some software settings that needed to be changed. He found and reset the apps to their correct positions and returned the computer to me in just a few minutes. He was friendly and took the time to explain how the issue came up and how to fix it myself if it came up again. It was all done very efficiently in about 15 minutes with no drama. Paying the bill was also a quick and easy process. I left totally satisfied.

As a retired certified fraud examiner and Identity theft protection seminar leader I recognized a thankfully recognized a breach in my computer before the hacker could do any damage. It came at a price. New bank accounts, notifying all direct withdrawal and deposit vendors of account changes. And last but not least but just as important Clark Computer's complete scrubbing of my computer. Clark's response was quick and their very knowledgeable and professional technician, Aaron Deck completed a thorough Scrubbing (malware removal). Thank you Aaron and thank you Clark Computers
