Glo Fiber

My wife and I are happy this far with the speed of glo fiber and it's only been an hour but speed is significantly better. My main reason for the review though is to praise the technician, Martin. He was very helpful and courteous. He took time to go over several options for placement of the hardware. He was efficient and thorough in installing and explaining how the equipment works and getting everything set up. He had to work in some pretty tight and dirty areas and did so without complaint always expressing a joyful and kind attitude. Martin is a valuable asset to Glo Fiber.

We had GloFiber installed last Friday and are very happy with the service. We were even more happy by the service we received from the Glo Fiber technician Martin who worked with us. He called to confirm his arrival time, and arrived within the promised window. he was very professional, careful and efficient as he installed the system and was careful to make sure that it was not intrusive. And then he patiently worked with us to make sure that our system was up and running smoothly, all in about an hour and a half. We could not be happier with Martin's help and not only to we recommend him and Glo Fiber but we give them Gold Stars

Had Glo fiber installed at my home with great results! Excellent customer service from first call, answering all questions and expert, careful installation. Their technician, Peter, was knowledgeable, kind and was patient, staying to get my devices connected for a smooth transition from xfinity, Thanks, Glo fiber, and much appreciation to Peter, an excellent representative of Glo fiber and the service you provide! Highly recommend.

Our Tech, Martin, was great. Explained everything in detail, took steps to ensure didn't track dirt into the house, answered all questions and made recommendations for best house-wide coverage. Totally set eveything and even walked me through all remote functions. Don't get this type of service from Comcast!!! Thank you Martin for being a great technician and bringing faith and meaning to true customer service. I have not had any issues since switching over to Glo and 110% satisfied so far!

We had Glofiber installed a few weeks ago now and we love it!! From start to finish our installation tech Kenny was phenomenal. He called and made sure it was okay to arrive early, he was professional, answered all of our questions and he took the extra time to help us connect the TV's to our new Wfi!! I highly recommend Glofiber and I would request Kenny!!

Kenny Simms set up my Glo fiber connection a couple of weeks ago and was very professional and curious. He came back out today to pick up some equipment and did a quick check of our service. Again very professional and informative, I had a few questions. Great job!!

Martin from Glo Fiber installed our service on November 19. He was prompt, communicative, and very professional. He walked us through all of the new information, did a great installation job, and double checked all of the zones in the house. Excellent customer service!
