I have nothing but great things to say about Orases, and Chad in particular, for how I am supported with my website. Moving from GoDaddy to Orases not only saved my business, but saved my sanity. I'm absolutely in the right place now.

We have worked with Orases for about a year and half for a custom software development project as well as e-commerce website hosting and support. It has been an incredible experience working with them - they are extremely professional, experienced and transparent. And their work is lightyears beyond what we were used to with previous vendors. For our website support, we've mostly worked with Support Technician Chad Diaz, and his response time and ability to resolve any issue is amazing. He goes above and beyond to ensure that our site is running smoothly and also consistently provides great feedback about ways we could improve our site (the site was not built by Orases, they took over the hosting/support). For our custom software development project, we've primarily worked with Digital Project Manager Denise Schnabel, Business Analyst Jon Mack, and Full Stack Developer Richard Sacco for the duration of the project discovery, implementation, launch and ongoing improvement/support. The way they manage their projects with the utmost professionalism and transparency makes for an incredible client experience from top to bottom. We are also well taken care of by Director of Client Engagement Larissa Severn, who oversees our account and has had her ear to everything going on with our projects and has been very helpful and successful in maintaining our overall rapport/partnership.
