Mel Szymanski was very responsive to my initial service request and offered solutions for me to try before dispatching a tech. The tech, Mike Hobbs, arrived in less time than expected. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and explained the potential issues in a way that I could understand. Awesome service all around!

Our very first encounter with ComTech was with Scott Hobbs. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable in explaining all of our telephone system options. He came to our office on two different occasions to give us a presentation, demo and answer any of our questions. It took us a while to make a decision, but we never had any pressure from anyone at ComTech - which was greatly appreciated! We purchased the Zultys Green with ComTech Cloud SIP Trunks. It was very easy to set-up the phone service since ComTech did everything for us. Mike Hobbs came to our office and assisted with making sure each telephone was working on each staff person's desk. They were very easy to work with and very patient in helping us get acclimated. The customer service was excellent and continues to be very responsive and helpful. My company, NFRC, uses ComTech Systems as our cloud phone service. As the administrator, I have had the need to contact their Service Dept on a number of occasions. In recent months, I have been dealing with Souleymane and he has provided the absolute best service!! No matter how many questions I ask, he promptly answers them and ask if I need anything additional and it is not just lip service. He makes sure that all of my issues are resolved. In one particular service request, we wrote instructions for our company employees specifically. Now that is excellent customer service!!
