I've worked with Ben at Baltimore Graphics Company a few times, and each experience has been amazing! I had a work van wrapped with decals for my business and later needed to add MHIC information. From start to finish, Ben was incredibly helpful--whether it was designing the full wrap or simply adding the MHIC numbers. I had no clue where to begin, but Ben guided me through the entire process with patience and professionalism. He never got frustrated with my lack of knowledge and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. He provided mockups, made adjustments quickly, and kept me updated every step of the way. We officially opened shop in Anne Arundel last April (2017). We wanted our van wrapped to display our Plumbing services. We came across Baltimore Graphics Co and stopped by. As a business owner I've worked with a lot of sign and graphics companies over the years. Baltimore Graphics in Glen Burnie is top notch and is more than just a sign company. We recently rebranded and Ben worked with us along the way. They are not the cheapest but what I've learned over the years is you get what you pay for, and the value you receive far outweighs the bill. From the phone call to meeting Ben in person, it was nothing but care and amazing customer service. He listened to me ramble on about all my ideas and he put everything in perspective for me. He put together my vision for what I wanted on my vehicle and it came out better than I imagined! Ben was so very helpful with everything! When you go there, you are greeted very nicely. What a professional and talented team! These guys not only did my vinyl wrap, but my logo, menu and overall branding as well.
