BL Technical was recommended to my firm by another law firm. At the time, we were in the process of moving the office and expanding. We also had a few issues we needed to work out with our prior IT company. Needless to say, it was not the easiest time for a new IT company to take over. However, BL Technical handled all of the issues, including one crisis issue with regard to the move, without a hitch. Since then, BL has been reviewing all of our costs to outside IT vendors and finding way to improve service and reduce costs. Everyone we have worked with has been great. Even this weekend (Labor Day Weekend), one of our firm members needed emergency help on an issues, and BL responded immediately. Like many business owners, my understanding of IT issues is minimal. I never felt fully secure with our IT environment before, but I do now with BL.

BLT has been serving our small business's IT needs for YEARS, including through some major changes. I've been spared lots of headaches over the years because of their knowledge. Today I have extra reason to give high praise... I discovered that I was missing some cloud-stored files, particularly notes from SEVERAL YEARS of work at a client's home. Together, Will and Wade spent around 90 minutes (virtually on my computer) trying different things to locate the files and drill down to what happened and when. Success!! Everything missing was found in BLT backups from SIX MONTHS ago... I'm so grateful!! And that's just one anecdote from years of professional service, keeping our business worry-free. Thanks, Guys!

5 Star review isn't high enough. I was looking for a new IT team to take over monitoring our small accounting office computers and software. I contacted BL TECHNICAL SERVICES as I did many other companies to come out and discuss being our IT company. I was very impressed with the owner Andrew. Extremely professional beyond knowledgeable, he took his time looked at all of our equipment discussed what services we were looking for our concerns and then went over his company to further discuss if they were a fit for our needs. After speaking with other IT companies I had no doubt BL was exactly who we were looking for. From day 1 Andrew has gone above and beyond as well as his whole team. I thank him constantly, I honestly anticipated the transition to be stressful. Andrew has made it the exact opposite, he has handled everything from changing our internet provider upgrading our phone system and even personally contacting me on a Saturday when our internet was out just to reassure it truly was our internet provider causing the issue. I could go on and on. No question if you are looking for IT company BL is top notch. Our firm believes in supporting local businesses and I am so happy we found BL TECHNICAL SERVICES.

I have had the luxury of working for a company that uses BL Technical's IT services and couldn't be more pleased with them. Their customer service is beyond compare. They are quick to respond to your service ticket and are SUPER friendly and PATIENT with technically challenged individuals like myself. Best IT company I have ever worked with during my 25-year career.

Walter Jones provides excellent customer service and is patient with clients who may not know all the terminology in the IT world. He was persistent in looking for the problem and the solution. I highly recommend Walter as a member of the BL Logistics team.

We have been working with BL Tech for a few years now and they have always been super responsive and polite. We hired BL to clean up a mess our previous IT provider made and Andrew came in, explained everything we needed to change in terms I understand and immediately got started.
