I've been using HBP for different print projects since 2017 and always look forward to working with them. They are always able to help if I have a question and for any troubleshooting a project needs. They are very responsive to emails and keep me up to date on where my active projects are at and when they'll be delivered. They are also such a pleasure to work with - everyone I've been in contact with is nice, helpful, courteous, and knows what they are talking about. I know I can always rely on HBP and that when they deliver a project it will be perfect and exactly what I was looking for.

HBP is a pleasure to deal with. We print extensively together and despite my being a relatively small client - Joe Wagner gives us white glove treatment. He's personally picked me up from my office and drove me an hour out to the plant for press checks and there's nobody else i'd trust my detailed print jobs - than HBP. Highly recommend. Professional operation. They're on top of their game and have friendly and pleasant employees. 5 Stars.

I have been a customer of HBP for nearly 3 years. They print and mail my monthly medical publication. We are one of their smallest jobs/customers I believe, BUT their service is impeccable and treat me like we are one of their largest clients. Patrick is the salesman who initially showed me around their office/warehouse, explained their processes, discussed in detail all of our paper options and pricing. He was very thorough and still to this day he makes sure the quality never waivers, he always oversees our print job. Tina is my go to person that I communicate with every month to ensure my files are correct, receive my proof and ensures the printing and postage is all correct. If she has a question or thinks something is off, she brings it up to me right away. She is constantly looking out for me and making sure I am 100% satisfied. Pete in printing has helped ensure numerous times that our pdf's will be printed with the correct red in our logo, fixing files at times for me and makes sure I am satisfied. I have truly only had one or two small issues that have come up in the past 3 years and I can tell you that Tina, Patrick and Pete all worked at correcting them right away. The print itself is high quality, the paper they use is high quality and our product has truly increased in value and atheistic ever since I began using HBP. I am beyond satisfied with this company and the work they produce, their prices are competitive and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of printing. Great local business!
