My daughter's friend had her 8th birthday party here. Everyone had an awesome time.

Kids loved it here. They were hands on and we enjoyed it. Staff could smile more

Took my grandbabies here after school. It was basically empty so they enjoyed having the place to themselves!

Wow. Wow. Wow. I've never been to a place where people care so little about the customers satisfaction. First the ladies at the front counter had a full attitude and was looking at us like we were supposed to know the next steps( mind you this is my first time). We got there at 7:50, got on the floor at 8. The first entry was "closed" as soon as we got in crazy right? The air ride closed right behind the first entrance but luckily Taijah I believe gave us the opportunity to ride. Among the other entries the dodgeball court and foam pit closed for literally 2 minutes and opened back up. You would think with all this activity going on the water fountain would work right? Wrong and no one was working at the concession stand to by a water. This was one for the books

You know when you have an idea of what a place might look like in your head? Well, this was not it. It was much smaller than I anticipated, with less attractions than I thought for the price I paid. I guess I am out of touch. The kids, however, had an ABSOLUTE BLAST. According to them, it was the best day, and I had a very hard time dragging them out of there after SIX HOURS!! Wow. I was tired of hanging out in the "dining area" and ready to go, but they just loved every minute. I will say, too, that the concessions were much better than I anticipated. The pizza was fine and the prices were not bad overall. I suspect I will be bringing the girls back soon.

Good location for a kid's birthday party. Lots of space for them to run around and burn off energy. This location has gotten better after the recent additions. The facility is usually clean and the employees are helpful. Sometimes not all the attractions are open, not sure if it's due to staffing but minus a star for not having everything available for a 2 hour time block for a birthday party.

Review: Disappointing Experience in the Toddler Section Due to Unsupervised Teenagers I recently visited Urban Air with my young children, hoping for a safe and age-appropriate environment for them to enjoy. Unfortunately, our experience in the toddler and under section was anything but peaceful. A group of teenagers, who clearly did not belong in that designated area, entered and began acting wildly--running around, yelling, and even jumping on equipment meant for little ones. Not only was it disruptive, but it also created a serious safety concern for the babies and toddlers who were trying to play. Parents looked uncomfortable and frustrated, and there didn't seem to be any staff nearby to step in or enforce the rules. It's disappointing when spaces that are specifically made for young children aren't respected or properly monitored. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and implements better supervision going forward.

Threw my son a party here , it was a decent experience it was over 300.00 for just 1-3 and a Table Rental . They expected a medium pizza to feed 10 children that was weird . Normally places will let you know the size of the pizza for the party. Not super impressed with the birthday party. But I will say at least when the party is over you don't have to leave right a way the kids can still play you just have to leave the table or room rented . I definitely recommend getting a membership to this place it would be roughly like 15 per child a month vs going in and paying 30 plus dollars per visit
