Mark did a phenomenal job. He hooked up 2 IPTV boxes. Upgraded our wifi speed. Checked the modem to make sure everything was good :) I definitely recommend him. Prompt and very quick!

Yesterday, two technicians worked through a series of problems to get my new Astound internet service working through my old Broadstripe line. It took about an hour before their persistence paid off. When they left, my new internet service was working fine. Today, another technician came to make some adjustments to optimize the signal. So far, my experience with Astound has been great.

I recently got Astound Broadband Internet and had to have a technician come to the house. Alexis came and got my internet up and going in less than 10 mins. Could not ask for better service. She was fast, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be calling her if any issues arrive
