Both Barry and Brian were absolutely superb! We cannot come up with strong enough superlatives to describe the service they provided. 5 stars are not nearly enough to adequately commend each of them for their personal commitment to meeting our needs. Barry was so thorough in helping us determine what we needed in terms of complete security and safety. He was so patient and personable and took his time to explain every option and detail, He gave us his cell number to reach him at any time. Brian is unquestionably the most impressive security service tech who has ever worked in our home. He was so meticulous throughout installation and was attentive to every possible detail. His knowledge and skills were so obvious! Brian let us know exactly what he was doing and then gave us an amazing demonstration to explain every nuance of arming/disarming, use of cameras, everything!! We have never felt this truly safe and secure in our home! The service, caring, personal rapport, professionalism, technical knowledge/skills were exemplary and almost a bit overwhelming.... we were told by another client that we would be VERY pleased, but honestly we're blown away!! Also, please know how much we appreciate the kindness and commitment to service demonstrated by the professionals who answered my phone calls. If you're in need of security and/or AV help at your home, look no further. HST and their team are knowledgeable, efficient, kind, and best of all fair priced! This was a one stop shop for me and everything was done professionally all in a day. Once everything was installed, their techs walked me through everything and ensured everything was working perfectly. Highly recommend! Special shout out to Ryan, he was exceptional!

From my 1st call through the installation of the system HS Tech Group was professional, with great customer service. Definitely recommending to my friends. My brother has been a customer for a long time.

One thing I appreciate is timeliness. I was given a 2 hour window and Brian arrived on the front end of this window. I was having an issue with not being able to arm my unit without getting a prompt that said "protest front door/garage open " when the door wasn't open. Brian figured out the problem and ended up replacing the sensors on the necessary door and replacing an old battery . He informed us of everything that was needed and why. His customer service was stellar and now I can feel safe again.

Technician Chris called as previously stated prior to his visit to inform me he would be there within or a little before my appointment time. He arrived timely and very pleasant. He had his instructions for the job but still confirmed it with me and asked if there was anything else I needed. He performed his tasks efficiently and when done restated what he had done. Had a great experience using HSTech. Chris and Charlie did an amazing job with our installation and with answering all my questions. Highly recommend. We will use them for other services in the future.

Unfortunately had to use them for a new build. Mark was an absolute liar, had to be micromanaged every step of the process. Had no idea what he was selling. Tried to close on the house without terminating any of the Ethernet runs we had installed, screwed up the exterior Ethernet runs so now they're coiled in my attic then tried to charge additional to complete what was already agreed to and paid for. Complete and total liar, sleazy sales guy with little man syndrome. Definitely make builders aware you will not be working with this garbage company. Edit: We have now emailed this company 3x at the address they suggested in order to schedule a tech appointment at no cost, but have had no response. I would not work with a builder who uses them. They were by far the worst part of the build experience.

Charlie was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and fixed the issues with our alarm system promptly. He answered all of our questions, replaced the batteries and tested the signals. We would highly recommend Charlie and HST-group for home security.
