EDIT: I felt compelled to come back and amend my review of Bloosurf. After many, many months of problems, it seems we finally got the attention of the right person. They came back out, assessed our antenna, and replaced it with a higher powered model. This fixed our problem, and we are very happy with the Bloosurf service now. Even through the recent storms, fog, and ice, our service has not failed. Happy customer as of January, 2022. When we first had Bloosurf installed, we were happy with the service. Then something changed this past fall and service has continued to worsen. It is to the point now that we are actually surprised when we DO have service. We call and never get a call back. We open an online ticket and get the usual response about the tower, sending a technician to the tower, blah blah blah. Nothing improves. And we continue to be billed for service that we are not receiving. Might be time to make a formal complaint because this is starting to feel like a rip off.

Most reliable thing about bloosurf Internet is their unreliability. I have had them since January 2021 with their service constantly being in and out. Excuse since about April has been network interference with constant periods where the network has to be taken off-line for FCC investigations. I submit constant Trouble tickets and only hear excuses never once have they bothered to send out a technician to check my equipment or the antenna they installed to ensure everything is working properly. Once a better option becomes available in my area I will gladly pay the termination fee to be done with them.

We had a great installation experience. The installer was really nice and knew what he was doing. Service seems amazing so far. We were not able to stream movies and gaming was a pain because we were constantly going over our data allowance on our hotspots. We are not able to get cable out here so Bloosurf has been life changing so far! Highly recommend this company. Everyone I have spoken to has been very nice and helpful.

Have never been able to provide service as advertised. connectivity issues and constant reboots required. Business indicates we will "tune" the tower. works for a little while and then back to limited service. very inconsistent. Recently customer support has been less than honest about past and current issues. The last few years the price was reduced because they knew of the issues. Recently they claim all issues resolved so back to full price. Same issues as always. Ok with reduced price because of reduced reliability, but not top dollar full price for unreliable and many times unusable service.

I was so happy to be introduced to Bloosurf Internet Service- an alternative to the high priced competition that wasn't available to me anyway because of where I live. They were courteous and friendly and returned my calls to field questions. Then in the fall of 2020 it all changed. Service seemed more off than on and not working. When it does work I get contestant outages, slow streaming with grainy pictures, and constant buffering. No returned phone calls. I reported it several times and now only receive a general response that is sent to all customers. They have not provided the service they promised and yet they continue to remind me when it's time to make a payment (I'm never late). They say to submit a ticket but don't say how. I couldn't submit a ticket anyway because their internet service is down. There has been no compensation offered. I keep my promise to pay- they broke their promise to provide service. That personal service I used to enjoy no longer happens. Currently, I would not recommend using this company.

After being a beta tester for Pittsville, I signed up for their service. Initially, my internet service was fast and reliable. Ever since I believe June, when there was an "upgrade" my service has been very slow to the point where a simple webpage or email won't load frequently. The service has been shotty as well, where there have been multiple occasions it wouldn't work at all. After several months of calling customer support and leaving service tickets, it hasn't been resolved, and they just now gave me a new wireless router. After that didn't work, and another call to customer service where they were flat out rude, I emailed the CEO. His response to me was basically "we had to do maintenance on our towers 2 different days so your service should have been down" despite me telling him it had been going on for several months. I live in a rural area with no choice other than them, or else I would have switched a long time ago. If you have another choice, do NOT use Bloosurf

Service is TERRIBLE. Support is even worse. I called this morning (Feb. 12) and the recording stated "It's January 18 and we are aware that all towers are down." Just goes to show how on top of it they are, they haven't even updated their recorded message in almost a month. We've had nothing but problems with our internet and switched only because Verizon was bad before but knowing how bad Bloosurf has been, Verizon was actually better. At least you could reach a support person on the weekend or after hours. Not with Bloosurf. Forget about support if it's not 9am to 4:55pm Monday through Friday. Well people need internet on the weekend too! We've paid for more days of no service because "towers are down" or they are "doing maintenance on a tower" in our area than we have for days with service. I've come to think this is their standing excuse as to why we never have service.

When they first came to my area(2020) only internet provider that was reasonable but bumpy start. Connection issues at times but they worked with me from crediting my account back to sending out help. Present day(2023) great signal quality, and hardly ever dropped signal. Constantly improving.
