Being a business owner I hate to be this guy. However we have given Justin ample time (months) and chances to correct / resolve the issues and he's still mia, so if my review helps other business owners avoid the frustration and absolute waste of money that I and my company have endured then it was well worth my time writing this. This is a 100% honest, fair and accurate review of my experience with Garner Group. It all started when my company decided to leave a national Seo / web development company and partner with someone local. We spoke with 3-4 other local companies and everything Justin said "Garner Group Marketing" would do sounded like exactly what I was looking for to help scale and grow my company so we decided to move forward with a complete website rebuild, Seo package and ppc package. I called Justin up and gave him my credit card to get the process started, well let me tell you once he got my card info he went completely Mia and I didn't hear from him for months, even though I had sent him countless of email and called him multiple times a month which we will get to as of why I was trying to reach out. Once he received my card info and started billing me I was quickly passed along to his "office manager" whom by the way is located in the Philippines along with the rest of his "marketing team". This made communicating very difficult to say the least. Any way I had submitted all of our website photos, their website build out form and 3rd party codes that we needed implemented. Long story short it's been 4-5 months and countless of revisions sent in and they still can't get it right, needless to say we gave up and mind you Justin is cc'd on all communication with his team and he hasn't stepped in or responded once about the website design. However, this wasn't even the biggest issue. For our google ppc package we told just we are looking to spend $2,000 a month on. Which we knew was going to take time to get the keywords and phrases correct to create and implement campaigns that would work. So Justin initially said let's start with $500 for testing and and critiquing the campaign before launching a full blow $2000 monthly ad spend. Needless to say he blew through $2000 in a week on testing. Once we hit $1000 in ad spend in a couple days I emailed him and asked him what was going on, which he then reassured me that the testing was almost complete and they would really be dialing in and launching a campaign that would work over the next day or so (fyi we hadn't received a single lead or contact request). A couple more days go by and what do you know another $1000 was blown on a poor campaign which had 0 changes made to it to "really dial in". At this point I emailed and called Justin again, not a single response this time. So I went in and had to shut off the google campaign myself. Even in doing that I still never heard from Justin. Fast forward a couple months after emailing him / calling him to let him know our attorney will be getting involved Justin finally calls me and gives me a bogus story about how his email well hacked!! Well sir I called, left voicemails and emailed you countless times at this point and now you decide to respond? I gave him the benefit of the doubt as he offered me a discounted price on the website instead of a full refund so I said fine finish the website and we will cut ties. Well guess what, another two months and edit request ( which they cannot get right) and it's still not completed or launched. Not to mention he even tried billing me again for another $1500. I emailed him and asked him for a complete refund and explained that this has been hands down the absolute worst experience I have had working with another business and you guessed it, weeks, maybe even over a month later I still have not heard from him. Steer clear of this company (Town Square and other global digital marketing companies) are even leagues above these guys.

Justin and his team went above and beyond with building our new and improved website. We had a vision and they knocked it out of the park. The colors, layout, ideas, and every little detail are phenomenal. Couldn't ask for better people to work with. You get exactly what you pay for and more!
