MaticeLLC/ Kevin Justice is difficult to communicate with, and behaves vindictively. We got the final bill on a sunday. I was surprised to see charges for things included we felt we did not receive, and sent him an email requesting we meet as we had questions with the bill. He immediately shut our site down that evening and put a sign up saying we did not pay our bills. He then held our website hostage until we paid the sum he demanded. When we removed our site from his server-once again he insisted on more pay for this - which we paid because otherwise we would not have any access to our site. He took our money but did not follow thru with making sure the site was working fully. It took us over 60 hours with techs to establish the issues and fix them. He was absolutely no help at all. In 30 years of business dealings we have always endeavored to treat people fairly and act in a professional manner. We have never felt compelled to speak poorly of anyone; business or personally, however our experience with Kevin Justice of Matice was an absolute nightmare.
