Alcove Event Studio

I would recommend Alcove Event Studio to absolutely everyone. Our day was magical to say the least. Going through this experience with Gabby was very smooth. She was very attentive and helpful. The space was very spacious, clean and easy to find. We loved the fact that she had a variety of tables, chairs, tablecloths, chair covers, and things to choose from. When viewing the event space for the first time, she had a few display settings to show us so that we could have a vision what everything would look like on our day. I know that she says that the space is used for micro events, but my event of 90 people fit into the space perfectly. Hopefully, we will be back within event soon.

I highly recommend Alcove Event Studio for your next event. Working with Gabby was nothing short of amazing. I booked the "Relax and Enjoy" Package, gave her my vision, and she did all the hard work to make it come to life. She went above and beyond designing the room and made sure to ask for feedback along the way. For reference, I hosted a graduation party for ~75 people and there was ample space for all tables/chairs and the dance floor. I cannot thank Gabby enough and will definitely use this venue for future events.

Everything was set up perfectly! The bride loved her shower and had a wonderful time. They communicated with us every step of the way and made sure we had everything together before our event day. I loved how quick Gabrielle responded to my messages and her recommendations. The venue was the perfect size and had everything we needed. Thank you so much for everything!

The absolute perfect space for your average sized party! Gabrielle was amazing to work with. She helped setup a diagram of her suggested layout which I was able to forward to my additional vendors so they knew exactly where they needed to setup. The decor she provided was breathtaking and everyone raved so much about it. The sweet sixteen package she offered was very competitive and beyond worth it! It can't get any better to be able to rent the space and also have your decor needs met all in one! This also saved tons of time with setup because the space was already decorated and ready to go when I arrived. I just needed to put the finishing touches on my dessert table and put out my food items instead of wasting my setup time decorating and being in the way of other vendors. She was very communicative and professional. I would highly highly recommend this space! I will definitely be a returning customer!

From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Gabby, the owner, went above and beyond--she answered every question I had and guided me through the process of obtaining the necessary licenses and permits, making everything so much easier. The venue itself was immaculate and absolutely beautiful, creating the perfect atmosphere for my event. Everything was well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. It's clear that a lot of care goes into this space. I truly appreciate the professionalism and support I received, and I would not hesitate to book here again. I hosted a baby shower at this venue. Working with Gabrielle was easy. She communicated with me regularly and made hosting the event easy. The Alcove team sets up the venue to your specifications, which makes it easy to set up and break down. The event space itself is well maintained. I highly recommend the Alcove Event Studio for your next event!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! COMMUNICATION was absolutely amazing. Each time I called during business hours Gabby was sure to answer and help out with any questions or suggestions I had. Gabby was clear on her role and also was able to suggest ideas on the vision I shared with her! Her nice interactions led to building an awesome rapport in such a short time! ORGANIZATION was top tier! My goodness. From the mock up to the actual reception Gabby was on top of everything and had clear communication with me as well! The space was neat and tidy, the items she provided her us were all amazing and in convenient places for us. Nothing was delayed, and in the case of pricing difference she was in touch with us every step of the way, which goes back to excellent communication. CREATIVITY we loved it! We told her the colors we had planned and sent a few inspirational photos and she was able to find/source and or provide a lot of the items we used at our reception. Some ideas that I wasn't able to visualize she was able to help in which I am so grateful! Her attention to detail is amazing!!! So many amazing things my husband and I can say about Gabby and Alcove Events! The attention to detail, her transparency with the budget, her creativity, her knowledge on event planning, her flexibility, her multitasking abilities, I can't believe I didn't know about Alcove sooner! God bless you Gabby I wish you nothing less than success in all you do! Thank you for making such a special important day for us nothing short of BEAUTIFUL! LOVED THERE DECORATIONS. the pics don't do it justice (Imagine it darker outside-so the lights "pop" more). Great communication (Quick), when something was mis-mentioned they still honored it. I will definitely HIGHLY consider them for future events (Video attached of their work) amazing for an amazing night. 5/5 don't do it justice, it's a straight 10/10
