I contacted Duckpin for help with addressing a functionality issue on my website. I found my meeting with Matt Culloty at Duckpin to be extremely helpful. Matt was very friendly, a great listener, super knowledgeable and explained what I needed clearly. Even when we determined that I only needed a freelancer to fix my problem (vs. becoming a client), Matt went above and beyond by sending me several great resources to get my issue resolved.
