I can only speak about when I was there. I don't work there anymore. With that being said I enjoyed being promoted to account manager fast, however with that my time and efforts were overlooked and ignored. There are more reasons to why I left, but overall I did enjoy my time there learning more and more about how to talk to people to make money. THAT is something I'll take with me forever.

I am a recent college graduate and have been working at Mountain Peak Marketing for 3 months. This company has been the perfect first job out of college where I have been gaining marketing experience as well as developing professionally. The upbeat, positive culture at Mountain Peak is what keeps me wanting to come to work everyday.

This place is actually a very good company to work for. The CEO is very professional and is very helpful as well. He asks for things to be done correctly and in a timely fashion. Other than that he doesn't really micro manage us because he knows we will get our jobs done. I've grown so much over the past year and I can't wait to see where I can go. I've been promoted recently and the new responsibilities that I have been tasked with are right up my line of work. Overall, the pay is good and the people are good. We have a great culture which I've seen a lot of ppl lacking these days in their companies. It's more about driving sales in other companies rather then the development of an individual and I think Alex really tries to help others and develop your character as well as your business status.

This is a great company to work for. If you are a driven individual that loves a challenge and seeks growth, you will do well. The trainings consist of being apart of a team, so you will never feel alone by learning. Everyone in the office brings a positive attitude and smile.

Mountain Peak Marketing has a very upbeat atmosphere and team. The people that work here are always so positive and full of hunger. The hours are flexible and the fact that you can get a hold of upper management with just a call makes communication easier.
