Mr. Eric the receptionist is really pleasant and nice. I was lost in the building and they were gracious with me even though I finally found them 20 minutes after my scheduled test time. They were understanding to me and hopefully you will have a great experience as well.

The Reasonable Tech Solution testing center was extremely quiet and completely distraction-free. I've taken tests in many school centers, but this one was by far the best. The environment helped me focus, with no noise or interruptions at all. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place to test.

Went there for an exam at 8am on a Saturday. All the individual lockers were full. Had to put my belongings in a "group locker" that is not locked, and the one attendant was too busy to pay attention to it. Never again.

Tried to work with this company and it has beeen highly frustrating. In the beginning they claimed they would love to work with our non-profit and phase-in updated equipment. Nearly a year later after several visits we are getting less camera visibility and unanswered phone calls. Dissapointed and looking for a company that really cares and knows what to do in a timely manner with integrity.

Showed up an hour early for a Sunday test, and was unable to get into the building. All the doors were locked, and every instruction that we were provided with was wrong. We should have known it was an outdated preparation list when it referred to mandatory masks from years ago. After 30 minutes of increasing stress, after following every instruction that was provided and calling every number we could find, we were still unable to access the building. Fortunately someone happened to walk out of the building, otherwise we would have remained locked out. This would have been devastating to miss this test, and this company completely dropped the ball. I do not recommend ever trusting them with anything.

The environment was clean, quiet, and perfect temperature! Kayla was friendly and helpful!

The young ladies at this establishment are very professional and really pleasant. They set the atmosphere for test taking and bring a strong sense of calm to the facility. I will always return to this location for Pearson View test taking.

Disappointed with this experience. My son had a test on 6/16 at 8am. We arrived 30 minutes early to start a test at 8:00am. No one was at the location. We called 5 times and the phone went to voicemail. We paid for a test that he could not take because no one was here and the build was CLOSED! Unsatisfactory! Why was he able to schedule and pay for a test and no one be available to facilitate the test taking process? Poor customer service and unprofessional!
