Zach is so helpful! I really appreciate this whole approach to computer hardware adjustments/general consultation -- I needed ram sticks installed into my work laptop and didn't want to mess it up doing it myself, Zach was very careful, considerate and kind. He cleaned the dust out of the fans under the hood, and made the most of our hour by covering lots of questions about many topics related to daily computer life. We installed new graphics drivers and he showed me how to back up my work on an external hard drive (which I had brought but had never used), we discussed many options for cloud back ups, and ergonomics and affordable products to help the body when working on the computer for long periods of time! I have valued and enjoyed working with Zach. I have had other people in Tech services try to help me in the past, and found the experience frustrating and my problems were rarely solved. But Zach is wonderfully knowledgeable, hard working, friendly, patient, trustworthy, and has a can-do attitude. And he can communicate well and solved all of my tech problems. I initially called him to help my elderly mom, and Zach came to her apartment and was so very patient and tender with her, and solved all of her tech problems (which had flummoxed me) in no time at all.
