I am one of those people who can send an email and maybe a text message. So when it comes to website building or editing it is a language I do not understand. Lauren Poussard is the only web designer I have worked with who understands not only my ideas and goals but can polish them up to create a professional easy to navigate website for our business. Any time I have an idea whether to add or change something on the site Lauren gets the changes done quickly or suggest a better option. Lauren understands that she is not working with a web designer and takes the time to explain every step and option for making our web site look and act like exactly what I had in mind before we started this project. If you're looking for a photographer to up and vanish with your photos, here's your find! Very disappointed with the unprofessionalism here. Hired Lauren to do our new corporate headshots for about 25 people, and paid in advance. She came to take the pictures and we've never heard from her again! Proofs were "going to be ready in two weeks", and two months later we cannot get an answer through email, phone calls, certified letters, drop-bys to the office, or any other form of communication. BUT, don't worry, she's still responding to requests for new projects in a timely manner! Steer clear.
