I started almost 100% "on-my-own" by listing on the Fizber.com site but did not actively promote the property sale by any other means except a For Sale sign in front of the house & a Facebook posting. There was no rush to sell so I thought I'd save the 5-6% going this type of FSBO route (I have in the past). When it became the right time to really get going, I still did not need/want services of "full-service" listing broker, but very willing to pay ~50% of that, so when I saw the option to go MLS through Fizber's "EntryOnly.com "Flat-Fee MLS" offering, I pulled the trigger. Jason made the process simple, and very efficient. I listed my property, went under contract in one day, and closed in 30 days. I would recommend EntryOnly to anyone considering selling their home, particularly in a hot market where the owner is able to show the house and a seller's agent wouldn't create enough value for their commission.
