I started a new job a few months ago and I inherited a Google Ads account that had been very badly managed. I was tasked with improving its performance, among several other duties regarding social media and web updates, and I was a little overwhelmed. I had about a years' worth of Ads experience before this job, but there was just so much to fix. I found WordStream and I am so happy I did. Not only does their platform help me weed through the tons of data that Ads provides, but they also offer an advisor just for your account, so you can get personalized help. (In the past I found that Google only offers that for the high-spending accounts.) What's more, WordStream has a designated team to help you set up your tracking codes properly -- something I learned I really could not do on my own. After just a couple months with WordStream, I was able to show my bosses a big increase in leads with a dramatic decrease in cost. I've also found that my advisor is super helpful and response to email, even though we only talk once or twice a month. I also think that this service is very affordable, especially considering how much it ended up saving my company. I really like the "20 Minute Workweek" feature that provides keyword suggestions and flags ads that aren't performing well. Another feature I really like is the one that helps you quickly create dynamic (moving) ads, although I wish that they offered more template/font/color options. Overall I am extremely happy with this platform and would highly recommend it.

WordStream has been a tremendous help with our online marketing efforts! I would highly recommend WordStream - you will save a lot of money managing your AdWords account yourself instead of paying a marketing agency to do it for you. We have had record sales since joining WordStream a few months ago while still keeping our AdWords spending dollars (budget) the same. The WordStream platform is a very thought out tool that strips away all the confusing and complications elements of Google Ads, and provides an easy to use system for managing your ads. They have created a system that makes managing ads simple for the every day marketer/advertiser. They are also exceptional at educating their clients on the newest changes and updates from Google.

WordStream has helped us manage our PPC spend with a high degree of efficiency. We are able to see the biggest variances from our AdWords and BING accounts within the one interface making it easy to manage and make changes. The 20 minute work week is a great feature which identifies specified categories that need improvement cutting down management time significantly. The regular dashboard provides us with insights within various dashboards that are not provided within the AdWords and BING interfaces. I would also recommend the premier consultant option with one of their specialists who assist with account management and provides helpful hints and tips on how to use the software to its maximum capacity.

WordStream blew us away with its robust features and simple user experience. All three of our marketing teams now use WordStream exclusively. When they say 20 minute work week, believe me, it is! WordStream walks you through each recommendation and explains the benefits, but ultimately, it's always up to you. You always have complete control. Highly recommend.

I am so happy that I found WordStream (and convinced my boss to sign up!). The dashboard is much easier to use than Google's, in my opinion; it streamlines my time spent creating ads, and gives me the tracking to prove my ROAS.
