THE WORST!!! I was simply trying to pay them to broker a deal for me but Sedo lacked everything I need in a business service company. I called to negotiate purchase of a domain housed by Sedo. Rep told me I needed to pre-pay $65 for a broker, which was refundable if they couldn't help me. I paid and confirmed my account via email. I received nothing. I called 2 weeks later, representative told me I never confirmed my account, so the process was in limbo. (Good thing I called to find out this information!) I confirmed my account again while on the phone with the rep, he verified it was confirmed and that I would hear back in a couple days. I heard nothing. Called a week later and received an automated message that all representatives were busy, that I would need to call back later (then it hung up on me...click). Finally got through to someone via instant chat and he told me the process was in limbo because I failed to confirm my account. UGH. Round and round they go! I explained and re-explained until he realized the problem was not on my end. FINALLY I received an email that my application was being processed. The next day I received an email that my bid wasn't high enough so my app was declined. No personal contact, no idea what I would need to offer in order to acquire the domain. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I called to try to get more information or a refund but received the "all agents are busy, call back later" message again....click. Are these guys for real?? My $65 still hasn't been refunded.

I agreed to purchase a domain from this broker for $6,900. However, I could not reach them to get a explanation of the transfer process. After going back and forth missing calls for over two weeks we scheduled a phone meeting. The broker did not show up for the scheduled call.

Sedo offers no customer service. It was terrible working with them and I would never do it again. Sedo comes across dishonest and incompetent. It doesn't help their site hasn't changed since 2002, pretty embarrassing for a "tech" company.

Support not working. Chat never working every week disable. Wait for respond 2 month. Sedo is dead company. Sedo is big thief. Why Google not delete this place rubber website? Google company cooperate with this thief hehe

never do business for transfers. support give you answers that are wrong. after 30 days still waiting for fund from escrow.
