I had an outstanding experience at this computer store. The service was exceptional and the staff was incredibly friendly. They promptly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my computer, which wasn't turning on, and did so at no cost. As an added bonus, they even provided me with a new power cord. I want to give a special shout-out to Alex, who was particularly helpful and friendly. He patiently resolved my son's computer problem twice, completely free of charge. I am truly grateful for his assistance. I highly recommend this store for anyone needing reliable and efficient computer repairs.

Great Customer Service. Highly Recommended I walk in to see why my 4yr old HP would not work. After throughly checking , he advised me that my laptop was gone. I was disappointed but grateful for his effort & time, which HE DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR!!! He also suggests I take it back to where I purchased it. Although it was out of the return windows ( an my warranty expired 2 months ago) he stated " It wouldn't hurt to try " I agreed and ... I GOT A FULL REFUND (From an Awesome Manager)!!!

I dropped my 2020 MacBook Air and damaged the screen. First brought to the Apple Store and they want $490 to replace and 10 day turn around time. Then decided to get a second opinion from Computer Ally. They replaced it for $385 and had it ready in 4 working days. Computer Ally, Mike, and Alex receive a well deserved 5 star review from me in all the categories. Could not be more pleased...

The guys were fantastic in every regard. I called right before closing time and came in expecting to drop off my kid's new gaming laptop, which had stopped working and wouldn't turn on. We had a really pleasant conversation with the owner (Alex) while he opened up the laptop, double-checked the power adapter was okay, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He told me it should be fixed by the manufacturer through Best Buy and not cost me anything. He was fast, honest, and a genuinely nice guy to talk to. I never want to have computer issues, EVER, but if I do I'm going back here.

Going into the store I was worried about being taken advantage of, but was quickly met with the most friendly and knowledgeable staff. They opened up my computer in front of me and took the time to explain each step and what was going on. It was so nice to have someone teach me while repairing my computer. I highly recommend Computer Ally.

Had a really old laptop that just went kaput. Went to Computer Ally and both Alex and Mike were super friendly, honest, and easy to deal with. In just a few hours they recovered and transferred all my data into a "new" refurbished laptop for a very reasonable rate. I'm thrilled! I'll be going back with some old phones! I'm a small business owner who made the mistake of not backing up my files. When my computer crashed. I started to panic. I called several places and they all gave me the run around. When I called computer Ally they told me they could fix my problem within the hour.. I rushed over and sure enough. They recovered my files and transferred to my new device.
