Lappy Fix

I had water damage the night before I made a visit and my laptop was blowing the fan hard and would not turn on. I thought there was no way I could get it fixed at a reasonable price before my online exams the same week. Thank goodness the guys at the counter took a look, I was able to get a quota not even 30 minutes after leaving it with him with only a price of 99 dollars with no tax.I got to pick up my laptop in a couple of hours with working as if it was brand new! Super thankful I came here

Tom is simply terrific. As a professor of computer science I am quite capable of maintaining my own systems, but there are times when even I get baffled, such as when my laptop sound card doesn't even appear in the list of devices. Awesome job on my girlfriends laptop she somehow cracked the screen and we weren't worried at all taking it here it to get it fixed price was not bad at all and all it took was one day!

This shop is amazing. My laptop would not boot on a Friday morning, so I brought it to the shop. Tom quickly found that the hardware was fine, but that Windows had been corrupted during an upgrade. He made sure all my data was backed up and re-installed Windows. It was ready by mid-afternoon, and the price was unbelievably reasonable.

My computer issue (desktop computer blown motherboard capacitor) was resolved quickly, professionally, completely, and with great customer service. This was my first time going here. I will certainly return for any future computer needs, and would recommend this place to family and friends!

This was a great experience. I needed some help finishing the screen replacement on my son's Apple MacBook. I had gotten it 75% done but had a few wires I needed help with and paid a visit to this establishment. The proprietor was fantastic and went to work right away and got the job done. My 10 year old Dell Inspiron laptop had the blue screen of death! We took it to Tom @ Lappy fix! He determined the hard drive had failed but miraculously was able to clone my data to a new hard drive and save it all! And it only took one day to repair! And at a more than reasonable price!!!
