I went to jaguar to print labels for a product I am developing. Their staff was super helpful and friendly with walking me through the process of turning my design into a label. The finished product was better than I could have hoped for. I am so pleased with the end result and will continue to use jaguar in my future endeavors.

The owner has major issues when it comes to dealing with adversity. Something is wrong with that. How do you get along in the business world when you can't face difficulties? Instead of having a discussion he avoids any confrontation that arises from his own mistakes. Not owning his mistakes throws him into panic, so then he hides behind not returning calls or emails and completely avoiding the people he has affected. That is the worse way of handling business related issues. He leaves people hanging and does not care about how it all plays out. Again, he doesn't return phone calls or emails, and if you go looking for him, he magically disappears. As long as he doesn't have to face adversity, he's just fine. Nevermind how it all affects orher people involved. If you want results and excellent service when things go wrong, you might want to go somewhere else. There is a great place in Gloucester Crossing, just steps away from Cummings Center, in the same plaza as Dunkins Donuts. Take all your printing there. Just for the record...he's moving the company. Who knows if he's going to tell his customers, as it might create adversity in his life......

Excellent products, pricing, and customer service. I would recommend their services to anyone.
