I've been with Sa for three years now. Service good and the website works. It's a pretty good deal for what it does. I've been happy and used his services and whenever I had an issue Sa solved it very quickly. I'm not sure why all the bad reviews. If you use any other online platform you are most likely going to pay more. You do need to know some basic computer stuff if you want to make your website look cooler than the template provided. Give a try. I don't think you will be disappointed. I don't want to be the bad guy to make a bad review but I received your printed flyer i must say it look very nice but with No email or phone number to contact customer service! the only choice you give is to sign up or take a hike . If you want to make it in the business world and play among the big boys you must provide customer service with phone number and email make it like you mean it!

We have been using Carte 24 with Sa now for 5 years, I'll admit we did have some issues but that was Go Daddy problem. Sa was quick to fix the problem and we have not had any problems since. This is my first ever review for anything on the internet. The good: The company provides a great deal. Hes the little guy! Not a huge corp. I actually troubleshooted for him during our honeymoon phase. They don't take a % of your sales. Just a flat yearly fee of around $700. Built the website and has a finicky backend control that was easy to change items and descriptions. Worked great. The bad: Customer service. Was with him for 2 years and wanted a thermal printer to replace my massive epson inkjet with 8x11 paper that I have been wanting to Office Space now for 2 years. Spent 10 days wasting time and money troubleshooting how to make it happen with no onsite assistance. Got directions on what incompatible device to buy next. Best Buy thought I was doing shady things. Bought and returned 3 thermal printers online, and 4 devices with 3 different OS (android, ios, and windows). Only to hear the problem was on my end. There was no clear procedure in place to set up my system. I was on my own, clearly. The response I got was "I have thousand customer who no have no problem. It your problem". Well last time I checked, I was your customer too. I guess when you were growing I was important, but now that you have thousand customer I am expendable. Bottom line is: you failed to set up my printer for your online ordering system and you blamed it on me without ever coming out to the site to fix it yourself ! Extremely frustrated. The ugly: Refused to help with my domain transfer to my new site. When he initially transferred my domain from godaddy to namesilo for Carte24 he registered it under his name. (namesilo SUCKS!!! they have no customer service, refused to respond to my emails, and have no procedures in place to get your hijacked domain back! Plus, their company is a residential address in AZ with a total of like 5 employees.) Beware, this can technically transfer ownership of your domain if you are not careful. The namesilo domain host will tell you to screw off basically because to them you are not on the account. HIJACKING! Be careful to make sure your domain is ALWAYS registered to you even during transfers. So the judgement to put customers' domains in such a bad hosting company with no integrity was my last turn off. It was a nightmare. Again, this problem could have been solved with diplomacy. So I'm done, pissed, and wrote my first review ever and its a bad one. I moved to Priority and the difference is huge. They only take a $1 transaction fee from the customer when they order online through credit card. Nothing from a cash sale through the system. I basically have no cost to run the system. Not even the $700 yearly fee. A great deal! Set up website too. Domain is controlled by myself in my name with security. And they actually came to my shop on their time and set it up. Any issues they took care of. I like and support small businesses, which is why I signed on initially. But this was unacceptable. If you are cool with an 8x11 kitchen ticket, and dealing with a few glitches, system bugs, and a fury of large white papers flying out suddenly because the system backed up and 7 orders just came out at once and oh...4 of them are already 40 minutes late....then you will love this. All I wanted was to feel appreciated as a customer and get some help and I was denied. Seriously denied! I'd prob still be there growing with the issues and helping along the way if he showed a little love instead of being arrogant and dismissive.

Ive been dealing with sa for about years and i dont have one complaint. My website is awesome, and any time i have a question or need help he is always there to answer. Not once have i called him and he hasnt pick up, even on Thanksgiving day and Christmas day ive called and he was happy to help me urgently. He is truely the best. He always give great advice. I dont understand what people are talking about on their reviews. He is the nicest helpful person ever! If you dont use him, ur dont know what you are missing.

Seriously ???? Your ways of response to customers are unbelievable. I recieved your flyers and was really interested but when I google you guys, your reviews are awful. I don't want to be part of a company that doesn't treat customers right. Just to let everyone know who is reading I am not rating them based on their platform but their customer service.
