I have been trying to get a payment transferred to american modern insurance from specialty group LLC for two months now. This would keep a homeowner policy from canceling. There is no luck getting this done. All talk with no positive results.

The absolute worst. These morons have left me high and dry without car insurance after using them for several years. Failing to follow up with me after I did everything they asked. Not answering emails or phones calls. When I finally did talk to someone, it ended with them saying "Oh sorry, I'm not sure what's going on" and giving me phone numbers for other insurance companies the day before my policy expired. Never use this company, they will drop the ball.

This is the best agency that I've been through. Brittany B. Is extremely helpful and provided me with all the details that I needed and was able to answer all of my questions. She helped me get an affordable monthly payment. Very responsive and quick to get you started. Highly recommend this agency.

Called HUB to speak to an agent about an upcoming policy renewal. Was transferred to the wrong number numerous times. After being on hold for over half an hour, sent an email to my "agent" through my insurance company and have yet to receive any response. Ended up being easier to switch to a whole different insurance broker than getting a hold of any one at my current one.

Irina A. Arbuzov has been extremely difficult to work with. I've attempted to get her to email me forms confirming the insurance policy that she sold me. She has yet to send me anything, and when I called the company (Arbella), they couldn't even see where I had taken out a policy. I've spent 3 days trying to get a policy through HUB because Massachusetts requires in-state auto insurance to transfer your out-of-state ID. My previous auto insurance does not cover Massachusetts. I am a CDL driver, and I need this to go to work (which I told her over the phone). I don't plan on using HUB again.

My first time ever getting car insurance and I'm glad is at this place. The lady that helped me her name is Connie. She answered my million questions lol I really appreciate her for helping. In this area they did everything for me insured it and registered it. They will hit you up to pick up the registration and the plates at no extra charge. Highly recommend them.

I wanted to switch Homeowners Insurance, from my Mums name to my name. Between, my sister calling and myself calling. We talked to six different people. Hub does not know Customer Service. I really believe it is a Thing of the past.

In 25 years working with insurance agencies I've NEVER been told that it takes a week for them to generate an I.D. card after adding a vehicle. I generally receive them in 10-15 minutes.
