Hogan Technology has been an amazing breath of fresh air for our company (Habitat Post & Beam). We switched to Hogan about a year ago after having a terrible experience with a larger company. Everyone at Hogan has been extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even if another company offered the same services at a lower price, we wouldn't switch because of how good each individual person has been at Hogan. I fully recommend them without reservation.

We have used Hogan twice and both times we were in a bit of a crisis. Once during the holidays and we had a network cable fail at the registers and just now when half our phones were down. . .We get clear and confident information and then when a tech comes they work in a focused, meticulous and knowledgeable way. Even when it gets a bit stressful, trying to keep the registers humming while messing with the network, the tech stayed calm and stayed on it. We will always go to Hogan first when we need tech help. Its not cheap but it is fair for effective and timely solutions to your problems, make the call!

We had a full time 'tech support' staff member for years, but they were never fully experienced, and we often had to get outside help. We replaced that full time person with what is essentially part-time help from Hogan, but they are always on call and respond immediately, and provide reliable professional help. They work until the problem is solved. And we feel that our ecommerce and systems are safe and secure from all those bad actors out there!

Hogan Technology has been great, from our first meeting to training us on the new phones. They got us exactly what we wanted for new phones and working headphones. They were easy to talk to and continue to be if we have questions or concerns regarding any features they offer. Thanks Hogan, best phones we have had in my 10 years here.
