Very helpful to me when my laptop had several issues and needed to be fixed. Raju is very knowledgeable and knows how to explain things in an easy to understand manner. Highly recommended, very fair pricing and kept me in the loop the entire time while my laptop was being fixed.

Raju did a great job at replacing my MacBook Pro's screen. It was a quick turnaround and pricing was good. He was very communicative throughout the process. If I have any issues again, i will happily bring it to him again or refer him to a friend.

Raj did a great job! Was able to figure out the issue and get my laptop to me in under 24 hours. Yes super convenient very thorough explain to me what the problem was and was able to show me how to check my hardware based off of the issue that was happening with my computer. I will definitely be going back for any tech needs! So happy he was able to get my laptop fixed!

I've had Raju work on my computer a few times now. He is fantastic! He's been able to fix it on the spot. When he had to keep it for a few days and wait on an ordered part, he was certain to keep me posted on the status of the part. I trust only him to look at my computer as I know that he's not out to just get my money. He is extremely helpful for returning customers as well as new.

I asked for an estimate because my computer person said my motherboard is damaged. I asked him for a second look because i did not trust the guy since the port for my charger was the only broken part, Nothing else. This guy begin to tell me since i know everything fix it myself. I said nothing rude to him. I was trying to get help to fix my computer. Worst customer service ever. I literally cant even understand his ignorance. Glad i did not bring my computer to this jerk. I suggest no one deal with this guy unless you want to deal with rudeness, your choice. But i will never recommend this store to anyone.

Raj was very helpful from the start of our interactions to the end. He listened to how my brother got ripped off by BestBuy's Geeksquad team and was able to not only fix my brother's computer but also clean it up so it runs like brand new. He did the clean up for free by the way and he charged a very reasonable price for the labor and parts used to fix the laptop. I normally dont write reviews but I feel compelled to say that the service I received from this mans business was phenomenal! Will go back to him if I ever need computer help again for sure!

Raj raturned my message immediately when I had a fan issue with my laptop. He provided me very useful information on how to fix my laptop. He was very honest and up front with what needed to be done. Very appreciative for his knowledge that he shared with me for FREE! Laptop has been working fine since. Wish I could give 10 stars!! Thanks Raj!! **** UPDATE **** I called Raj again regarding an issue with my laptop. He responded right away. I ended up fixing it right before I brought it to him, but itnwas great knowing he was there for me if I needed him. Thanks again Raj!!
