Don't get trapped in using this guys. Microsoft has contract with them. Use best buy.. qty is much better then these schmucks Nothing like installing office and you get error and Microsoft team chat doesn't tell you there sending you to another company. Four hours later it clean when you could of done it yourself. There almost done. it's $141.09 bucks then they try sell you $375.00 or 575.09 bucks for something you could fix yourself . Office team would not tell me error meant they just sent me to these people without telling me who I was talking to not did they tell who they were to almost done. Are you kidding me. I rather bought new PCs . We won't be doing that again. Added wrong email in my PC without asking. I removed it. Not sure how these hackers bypass firewalls but make sure you all clean pc catch etc. make sure of in private network. My problem came from transferred if files. Hackers were listing to my phone messing with my systems. . Keep in mind best buy had techs near buy. See who your dealing with. And you can pay cash so don't have to worry about credit cards being compromised. Safety comes first.this company needs to idenify who they are at the beging of call don't assume it's office team or Microsoft team when installing office. This company should be fired . Look at there website. There a web design company. Lol Go to best buy or ask friend don't use guy they over charge leave you phone then out you hold and they act like there doing something. That really on takes 39 minutes to fix What a rip off. Do not use these guys. Don't identify them self. Whole time I thought I was talking to Microsoft team . Then it's 140.00 plus tax they did nothing. What a joke . As orange guy says your fired Read these reviews they rip people off . Owner should find another job. Clean houses since you like to clean. After I purchased new laptop from bestbuy and it came with office365. I ran in some problems when I was installing it and I was directed to fewlogics Inc website to get help. Tech Victor called and claimed he worked for Microsoft which wasn't true because they are subcontractors to Microsoft. It took him almost 5 hours to install office 365 and he told me that I had to pay $225 ( and I did pay $225 ) for firewall and macfee and virus protection which wasn't true neither ( I didn't need to buy those protections because my new laptop already came with those protections which I found out after I talked to Microsoft later that day! The most frustrating part was he really messed up my new laptop and I had to call REAL Microsoft to have whole system reset to manufacture settings and start over at same day! Don't get fooled by those subcontractors! I am hoping that I can get my $225 back

Few logics computer technician Nick charged me 600.00 in august 2022. He promised me if anything goes wrong with my computer in the next three years he will fix it for free. Then he called me in march 2023 and told me I had a virus and he would be happy to fix it for a additional 500.00. He is definitely a scammer. Buyer Beware they don't honor their warranty or contract. Don't let them take control of your computer you will be sorry.

I paid $11,000.00 dollars for a lifetime plan and my tablet was hacked and I was charged another $10,500.00 dollars for the same plan, this I feel was them taking advantage of me, if I didn't have so much money invested I would cancel my business with them.

Fantastic service. I have always had good service and good results from Fewlogics. My son purchased a new Laptop and I asked Mandy Foster if i can get one more subscription for my son's laptop. I now have one subscription for myself and one for my son and i am fully satisfied with what i got.

Excellent customer service was provided by the teck John. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and resolved my problem effeciently. Can highly recommend this service.

Always helpful. They did a god job of dealing with my PC-PC setup and transfer. Dealt with a tough problem re wireless printer; kept at it until it was solved. Gave some recommendations concerning protective software and showed me serious weak points in my current software and vulnerability of my PC to attacks. We have three computers in our house and all three have been serviced by FL. Would recommend their service if you are serious about your PC welfare.

They are AMAZING!!! The technician was so calm, competent and thorough. He had fixed all my problems and even made more storage for me and other suggestions of things I needed or didn't need on my computer. It was miraculous and such a gift!! I would use them over and over and recommend them to anyone who has any technical difficulties WHATSOEVER. Nothing is too small or insignificant that you should feel you can't ask for help and get it fixed. I feel so safe now and with a faster running, cleaner and PROTECTED COMPUTER. THANK YOU MANDY!!!!
