I am going to update my review on this Shell gas station, located at 264 Timpany Boulevard in Gardner, MA, as I had stated before the customer service was good, and that still holds, in fact the customer service here is wonderful. They are just so helpful and that is something that I can appreciate, especially these days. So many people working in the retail services, do not really care about the kind of quality service they prove, but at this Shell gas station, that could be farther from the truth, so I just wanted to say thank you for your great customer service.
Some young kid working their is so rude . No polite to customer's. Maybe cuz he is young. Not sure. But needs to be more friendly
Most expensive and known for poor quality fuel. Ruined my new lawn mower carburetor and always 20 to 40 cent more per gallon than the rest of the stations. Stay away
Curtis tried to rob me of $50 this morning while trying to get gas, wasted 20 minutes of my morning trying to tell me I didn't hand him $50 and I never received an apology after the fact! Kudos to the woman who was managing the store this morning for being so polite and helpful but I would really not recommend spending your money here unless you enjoy low life people like Curtis attempting to rob you
Poor service from Andrew. Supervisor was barely fair in discussion but clearly advocated for her employee and took his side. Supposed to tell me their policy and express an apology for me (customer) feeling poorly serviced, then to advise the me that they will have a discussion with the employee. That was not the case, will take business elsewhere.
Typical gas station. However over the past few years the convenience store portion of it has greatly expanded their inventory.
Open 24/7, I called when I had no idea what town I was near, coming off the highway and out if gas, the woman helped me with directions how to get here and was cheery at 2am too! Great service!!
Seem to be out of things quite a bit and dunks isn't the most efficient as they go out of order and get ur order completely wrong
