I attempted to get pricing on replacing a battery for a Surface Pro 5. This company wanted me to pay a $99 diagnostic fee in order for them to give me the general price for a battery replacement for the specific unit noted. There is no labor involved for you to tell someone how much you would charge for a battery replacement.

John's team at Nerds to go (Kevin and Brandan) are fabulous to work with and are clutch. My hard drive (work lap top) crashed Saturday 7/1 and they were not only open on Monday 7/3; but, had me up and running (new hard drive with back up) by Thursday7/6. The process also made my lap top much faster due to the solid state drive they utilized. Couldn't be happier. Extremely reasonably priced on top of all that.

I've gotten my gaming PC tower fixed and upgraded a total of 3 times at Nerd's to Go, and when I tell you I've had the best service. I MEAN IT! They take their time to listen to all your questions and concerns and they never make you feel rushed if you have lots of them. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin, and he explained everything that could've happened to my PC when it overheated and gave me updates throughout the week. Not to mention the price of getting it fixed was extremely affordable! I had to replace my CPU cooler and got a Noctua in place of my liquid cooler which had stopped working not even a year after I bought it from Newegg! I also decided to add 1T of storage and the price came out too 157$! Nerd's to Go will forever be the place i go to whenever my computer needs an upgrade! Thank you so much for the amazing work!

Such a great experience. Had some trouble with my quickbooks and company files & the gentleman came in, got started right away and even educated us. He was out of here a little over and hour and we were very impressed. He made it look so easy. Highly recommend.

I've gone here 3 times with computer issues. Each time the person helping me was very patient and told me exactly what was wrong. I was having issues with an older computer, store employee knew what was wrong right away. I was thinking of getting a chromebook to replace it anyway. After talking to the young man about what I needed the computer for ( basically writing stories and surfing the web) he agreed a chromebook was a good choice. He didn't pressure me into buying anything, just gave me his opinion. My son brought his laptop he uses for school, and it was a simple problem they fixed within seconds and didn't charge him. He was so happy they were honest and didn't try to make him pay for something he didn't need. I appreciate that also. I will keep bringing my computers here if I have any issues.

I am absolutely stunned by the amazing personnel over at Nerds2Go. First off, my build was very complex as I pushed it to the limit with over 10+ fans and although it was complicated, it only took Spencer 1 day to finish it. I seldom write reviews but this business deserves to be recognized. Thank you very much for the awesome build!

I had a great experience and TAT with this team. They corrected the issue on my laptop and was able to get it back to me so I can take it on my trip. Best $99 I ever spent and I'm thinking I have a new computer repair place. They moved to Middleboro- FYI
