I have been working at StratComm for 18 months now. I worked in court reporting for a very long time, and after taking a short break to try Project Managing in manufacturing, I am so happy to be back. Building a successful team with the encouragement of leadership has been so exciting and fulfilling. I personally have learned so much. We work hard, but continually support each other. I am so proud of the accomplishments we achieve every month, and I know that we will continue to keep growing.

I've had the privilege of working with StratComm for the past 10 years, and I can honestly say it's been an incredible experience. The company also organizes quarterly outings, which are a fantastic way to connect with coworkers and enjoy some fun outside of work. Additionally, we have monthly in-office days, which offer a wonderful chance to reconnect with coworkers in person! I also truly appreciate the company's commitment to giving back to the community. Volunteering at our most recent event was an incredibly fulfilling experience. It's clear that our CEO values social responsibility, and being part of a company that prioritizes this is something I admire. StratComm is not just a place to work, it's a place to grow, to innovate, and to feel genuinely valued. STRATCOMM is by far the Most Amazing Company to work for. Hands down , I have never loved a job so much. I actually wake up in the morning with a Smile on my face . Region 6 VHR's Rock and our Project Managers are Top Tier. We are like a family, our bond in unbreakable . You can't find a job that has the flexibility, the pay, and Outstanding Management. Although I am a contractor, they never make me feel that way , I'm apart of the team. Anytime Region 6 (Mikayla or Amanda) need me I'm there. And they always make sure I'm compensated, NO Time is wasted at this job, they pay you for all your blood,sweat and tears. Working as a VHR has been a game changer for me. This is the company to work for STRATCOMM you Rock!! Have you ever had a job you never want to leave , this is that Job. Thanks Region 6 ( Mikayla and Amanda) you two ladies are the EPITOME of Excellence, Our Project Managers here at STRATCOMM are the best, excellent customer service and great support. Amazing company! Never have I ever felt so welcomed and appreciated. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get into the legal field or looking to do similar work.Ive worked here for almost 3 years and I don't ever think about leaving. Great environment with the most amazing people.

I have had the great privilege of working at StratComm for almost three years now. I made a career change five years ago to Project Management and StratComm has been a great place to continue to grow. I have been able to priortize my professional growth with the support of leadership here at StratComm. I am proud to be a part of this company and even more proud to be a part of the team to continue its successful growth in the future.

Worst company I have ever worked for. I really tried to give it a chance because it seemed like a great opportunity, but I should have listened to my gut feeling when I thought "this is too good to be true". Not worth it at all; I did not even get to start working because of all the issues. When I decided to part ways, I'd only done one job shadowing. It's unfortunate.

UPDATE: February 14, 2025 The company paid me today for 15 hours of labor on the registration process. They were not going to. This mitigates some of my grievance. WAGE THEFT? WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY UNPROFESSIONAL DISORGANIZED ***** SCAM **** I applied for a VHR contract position to support the Social Security Administration in its adjudication hearings. StratComm is the contract agency. Reiterating other Google reviews, this company put me through a six month application process which was RIDICULOUSLY un-managed. Not even "mis-managed" - "UN"-managed. The Federal system a candidate is required to use to get a Federal "Entity" number is onerous, requiring: pages of research, deciphering definitions and terms to even answer one question in PAGES of questions, numerous phone calls to different government help desks, numerous chat sessions to different government help agents. Every time I asked StratComm for help, they would re-route me to a different help desk. For such an onerous process, they should KNOW how to fill out the forms. Their "project managers" are USELESS as they cannot answer any (and I mean "any") questions. WILL NOT PAY: BREACH OF CONTRACT They say they will pay the candidate for the time spent on this registration/application process. The reality is - they will ARGUE the time the candidate invoices, and arm-wrestle you into the earth to coerce you to change your time to what they feel is "correct" "based on feedback from other applicants". It is a nice ruse on their part to get the billing amount to the Feds down significantly- by hours - so THEY can get paid. They already know they will only pay a fraction of the time the applicant put in. NOT TRANSPARENT I DID NOT GET PAID A DIME FOR SIX MONTHS OF TIME, TRAVEL, AND FINGERPRINTS FILING A GRIEVANCE I am in the process of filing a grievance against this company through State and Federal agencies. As well, a letter of complaint to the Social Security Administration about this group. SCAM Based on my experience, and the misinformation and/or lack of information in their process, the fact that they have my social security information, and the missing supports and denied pay, I believe they are scam artists.

Every time I received a paycheck in the mail, the envelope was ripped partially open or crinkled up. Don't waste your time with this place. They severely underpay, make you record every minute in order to get paid, and provide zero benefits. At least in the court hearing recorder contract position.
