Mass Escape

This is a great escape room experience!! We had a group of three adults, and we had so much fun that we did all three rooms. Our favorite, overall, was Dr. Ecsteins but all rooms were absolutely worth doing. High quality ambiance in each space and kind, enthusiastic game masters! Also, there are puzzles you can solve even before your game starts!

I have been to two different escape rooms here with groups of friends and it has been really fun! This was the first place I tried an escape room. I appreciate that both rooms I tried were completely different, with totally different puzzles. I don't think one was repeated. We did the hardest one with a group of 6 and finished in the last ten minutes. One of the rooms was super scary themed, which made me nervous to try again, so beware of you do the scary one! So much fun and there's even a lobby puzzle to solve; how cool!

EDIT: Went back a few weeks later and tried the other rooms. Our initial experience must have been an off night. The staff during our return visits were friendly and made our games a lot of fun. All the rooms were creative and the decor was beautiful. So glad we gave this place another shot. EDIT Super unfortunate experience. Some of our puzzles werent in our room and the tablet barely worked for us so by the time they noticed we were not quite into the game anymore. I've done MANY escape rooms and unfortunately I wouldn't come back here which is a shame. The room was beautiful but the customer service was not their. If only all of the puzzles were in the correct spots we would have finished no problem.

Great spot to check out. Took 6 , 12 year olds and they had a blast. Staff was patient and friendly. Highly recommend a Sunday visit, plenty of parking ;)

Amazing 10 out of 10! We went for a birthday and 4/6 had never done an escape room before. Only thing it was on the third floor and theres no elevator but they had couches at the top for one of the party. We did Winterwood lane and it was very scary in the best ways! The puzzles were the perfect amount of difficulty, no penalties for hints, and they were good about calling in to point us in the right direction if we needed it. Lots of good surprises and bonus challenges! Our group is already talking about going back eventually and bringing more people for the larger room!

Awesome place! It is more challenging than others, I suggest having several people, preferably people who enjoy puzzles or people with experience with Escape Rooms (the more people you have, the more likely you are to get out). More for teens and adults vs family. Great for team building, unique dates, or just a good time with family and friends. Completely immersive. My only complaint is it's hard to find parking (if you don't know the area, bring parking meter money) and a little pricey (but not far from average either). I highly recommend it, and will be coming back.

We had a blast! multi-room experience, fun and fully themed. Side quests kept us all busy. 10/10 recommend and - we will be back again! Friendly staff, clean facility.
