Customer Reviews & Testimonials

Whitney Mueller

Whoever David is I think he needs a vacation or customer service retraining. I very recently had an employee sign up to use the bid website. Unknowingly an expired card was entered, a genuine mistake as our computers typically autofill the information. Yes we could have double checked but in my experience a website will reject it and give you a warning to let you know it's expired. Instead of the website rejecting it, it took it. We found this out via a phone call a day or 2 later from David who treated one of our employees as if she was a common criminal who has done this before. Mind you we have never done business with this company and this was our first call. She then passed the message along to her supervisor, which is me and within a few minutes David called me and also treated me like I was a criminal and threatened to shut our account down over $160 and an honest mistake. I explained to David that I needed to get an updated card from the Office Manager or he could call her directly. Instead of letting me finish my sentence he continued on that he needed a card right now & that he doesn't think if he called the Office Manager she would really answer. Although both people he called today have answered his 1st attempts of calling in. I tried to explain both myself & the 1st employee are not office employee we work from home, and he needed the Office Manager who holds physical cards. He didn't care there was simply no execuse for this mistake. I asked David if he was having a bad day to give him the opportunity to think about how he was talking, however he proceded to slander our company. In my experience a customer is someone you want to have relationship with, and you do everything to have their back. A simple call of hey we need an updated card, and give the customer the opportunity to rectify it, would be a great way to handle that. I did ask for his supervisor and he said " he was the supervisor". Well played David....Not only did you get the correct card information, which was simply an update to a expired date, a few keystrokes....but you also lost a customer who would have been loyal. We have great relationship with other procurement companies which we have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars, when my customers ask me why I refuse to bid through Project Dog for a contract they may have, they can be directed to this experience.
