I had a fantastic experience with NETR for my mini split installation and would absolutely recommend them--especially if you're planning to use the Mass Save program. Jesse came out to do the initial quote and was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the Mass Save rebate process in detail, including what should be included in a proper quote (like room measurements), which made me feel confident in moving forward. While NETR wasn't the lowest quote I received, they were by far the most professional and well-informed. Jesse also helped connect me with a lender for the HEAT loan, making the financing process smooth and efficient. The timeline was impressive: Jesse gave the quote on March 4, my HEAT loan was approved by March 15, and installation started on March 24. Their bid ended up being very competitive with the other options I was considering (mostly Bosch systems), and they got me on the schedule quickly. The installation team--Marvin and Justin--were fantastic. They were professional, friendly, and finished the job a whole day ahead of schedule. We had painted just before the install, and I only had to touch up one small area (not even near a unit!). They were incredibly respectful of my home and left everything cleaner than they found it. The electricians and other team members who assisted were also great. If you're looking for a team that knows what they're doing, takes the time to educate you, and respects your home, I highly recommend NETR. I had been asking around trying to find a good and reputable company to help me replace my central air conditioning system over the last few months. One of my friends recommended NETR. From my first time calling them, all the way through the process, my experience has been incredible. The appointment setter gentleman I spoke with was amazing. We shot the breeze for a while, and he truly made me feel valued which as a customer, is key. On the appointment date, Jesse Corso came to my house. What an incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable guy. We talked over all of my options, he took into consideration all of the information I provided to him, and presented me with very reasonably priced options to fit my needs. The main concern was my AC. However, I knew my water heater was also leaking. Some may say "well obviously they tried to upsell you." Jesse did not. Being very kind and friendly, he offered that he show me some pricing for options for a water heater replacement, which I kindly accepted. The way he made it feel like he was just a friend trying to help me, and not a sales consultant was truly amazing. Especially as I also work in sales. We agreed to the 0% financing option which is an amazing offer, and signed on the dotted line. My favorite part about my experience with Jesse was that he did not try to sell me the "top of the line" system. He listened to my needs as a customer, and provided an estimate and selection with multiple options, accordingly. No pressure, no stress, just educating me on what was available within my price range and needs. 100/10 experience with Jesse! The install day was a breeze. They did the water heater on a Friday, super simple and seamless. And then the AC system in one day. Both days were effortless. The team that came out did an amazing job whilst also trying to stay as quiet as possible as my girlfriend works nights. No complaints from her is a green check in my book! The techs were extremely kind, professionally, and courteous during the whole process. Then today, Nicholas Cafarelli came out to turn the system on, charge it, and make sure everything was operating as intended. But also to make sure I knew everything that was done, how to use the new EcoBee thermostat, and how to replace the filters and when. We had some great discussions, and he too was extremely kind, professionally, and fun to work with. All in all, my experience with NETR has been the BEST home improvement experience that I have ever had. From pricing, to scheduling, to timing, to professionalism and kindness, this experience has been incredible. I went a summer without being able to use my central AC, and NETR made sure that I would not have to endure that type of discomfort and inconvenience again. Ivan and the rest of the NETR team did a great job installing our heat pump system. They were easy to talk to about installation details, and when we asked them to make some changes they were right on it, immediately looking for ways to do it as we requested. They were careful with our shrubs outside and with the rooms inside. They tested and made sure it was all working perfectly, and they cleaned up before they left. Just what we had hoped for!
Richard, the service tech, was friendly and competent and did a great job on our routine service appointment. However, he noticed that the outside copper pipe insulation had mostly rotted away, and he said that it was bad stuff that is no longer used. The system was installed less than eight years ago, and replacing this insulation probably should have been done for free, but I was quoted $378, and I assumed it was a big job. But when he was done in about 45 minutes, and he just used a little box of insulation tape (see photo), I then called to question paying an extra nearly $400 for this. I was curtly told that this was the price, I'd agreed to the estimate, and that I was lucky I didn't also have to pay the $225 "diagnostic" price -- even though I had not requested a "diagnostic" service call, and the tech already was on site, and I was not aware of this rotten insulation until he pointed it out to me. I calmly suggested that this was unfair - and noted that I've done hundreds of house calls myself in my antique clock repair business, and been flexible in these kinds of situations. Manager "Jason", who I asked to talk to but could not, finally okayed a 10% discount. I paid, but I now am no longer a happy NETR customer after paying $340 for a 45-minute job by a tech already here. I basically paid twice for a single visit, and I had to overpay for renewing insulation that was defective from the start.
I was very impressed by the precision in installing 4 mini split. I received a text daily to inform me what time the technicians would arrive. They were always on time. At the end of every day the work area was cleaned and supply were neatly kept. During many projects that I did, I comfortably can say you cannot get any other contractor that is better then NETR
On 4/8/25 technician Terrance Odom came to my house for the annual inspection of my mini-split system. This was the first one that was done. I thought he did an outstanding job. He was punctual for the appointment. He did a very thorough inspection of every unit and the interior components of each. He took extra time to show & explain everything to me. He provided very valuable tips & guidance on actions that I could take to help maintain the system. I thought it was a very worthwhile & productive visit. In the future when I need to schedule this inspection I will not hesitate to request that Terrance be the technician assigned.

From start to finish I was impressed with NETR!! From working with Jimmy in the initial consultation to saying goodbye to Ivan when it was all done this was a seamless process. NETR got me hooked up with a MassSave contractor for my home audit which was scheduled and completed quickly (minor air sealing and blown insulation in the slope of my roof). Then, as soon as I let NETR know that was complete I had a call within an hour to set up my project. The date was just two weeks in the future! I had them upgrade my electrical panel as well. Kash came ahead of time to look at the project and get a materials list. Day 1 started on time and my wall units were installed quickly. Minimal exterior runs of piping had to occur thanks to Ivan's expertise in placing the branch box. Panel upgrade was done beautifully by Kash and Sean. Girard and Ivan worked like dogs to get everything hooked up. Ivan communicated each step without being intrusive while I worked from home. The crew cleaned up nicely. I was given instruction on how to operate the system and then they were off! 2 days and a few hours the third day to put in four units and the condenser unit. Ivan was an astute professional and the rest of the crew completed everything with finesse and attention to detail. The team texts when they leave the shop on their way to your house with a photo so you know who they are when they arrive. They were punctual everyday and so pleasant to work with.
