I reached out to the general contact page on the RMS website about finding a backup gorilla stuffed animal for my son who had received one as a gift while he was in the hospital. Dawn emailed me back and immediately found a matching gorilla and shipped it to me! It was so nice of her and such a weight off my shoulders. 10/10 experience from Dawn - she's a miracle worker!

My son was gifted a squishy puffer fish by an amazing ambulance driver. He spent two weeks in the hospital, and his little puffer fish earned a name, a house, and was a little bright spot in his life following a brain tumor surgery. My son recently asked if we could get a friend for his fish, and I couldn't find one. I reached out to Dawn in customer service, who took the time to not only find one to mail but put together a gift box as well. Thank you, Dawn. Bought a crocodile block set and had a piece missing so I couldn't attach the eyes properly to the side of the head. I wrote to customer service to see if I could just get a missing piece replacement, and received quick, excellent customer service from a quality control specialist. To my surprise, she not only sent a full product replacement for my crocodile, but she also sent three additional sets! Above and beyond customer support :)
