The UPS Store

I visited this UPS store today for an Amazon return and had an extremely disappointing experience. The employee I interacted with was not only rude but also displayed racist behavior. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and goes against the values of respect and professionalism that I expect from UPS. I hope this issue is addressed promptly to ensure no other customer has to endure such treatment.

Dave is one of the most unfriendly people I have ever encountered in customer service. Has a completely "don't care" attitude and treated my Fiance like an idiot. I called earlier and requested to speak to his manager who was conveniently out of town. Absolutely despicable behavior Update 5/1/25: The owner asked me to email them in the reply to this review and I attempted to do so multiple times with no response. Complete act on here acting like they care but I assure you they do not

I've done a few Amazon returns at the UPS Store on Turnpike St recently in North Andover due to the holidays and the man they have working the front desk is rude, obnoxious and unhelpful. If you would like people to continue coming to your store, I would suggest having him work out back. He has the personality of a honey badger.

This place used to be great. The older gentleman is so nice and helpful. There's a newer guy who is so scary that I will never step foot in there again. I NEVER write reviews. A few months ago I walked in and he slammed his fist on the counter simply because I walked in and said "hi!" Apparently he had kept getting interrupted and couldn't get anything done. That was a few months ago. My elderly mother went in recently and he scared her so badly that she almost cried and she doesn't get rattled so easily. Unfortunately we will have to avoid this place until he no longer works there.

My second time coming to ship a package and the store is closed. The older (owner) is friendly however the younger person is not. You are wasting a lot of people's time by closing at random times during the day! Edit: I now drive out of my way to the Andover ups store. They are friendly and much kinder to their customers!!

The employee who is always there ia rude and intimidating. He spends all of his time complaining and today he sang a song about hating all customers and people. Something needs to change .

This is my second time going to this UPS Store location. My previous experience was good; the person who assisted me was friendly enough and the process was quick. This time around, the associate was a bit standoffish. I greeted him with a smile and a "hello," but he responded with a sigh, which made me feel unwelcome. Bad day? I get it, but please don't take it out on your customers. If you don't enjoy dealing with Amazon Prime returns, then maybe it's best to find a different job where you won't have to handle returns or interact with people. Be nice and welcoming! Edit: I just read some of the other comments, and I'm guessing this was the "dark-haired man" that a few reviewers have mentioned.

The owner of this location is super helpful, courteous and friendly. But I agree with other reviewers that the main employee you will interact with on most occasions can be very unpleasant, off-putting and rude so I prefer going to other locations. Also, the store is sometimes closed during business hours for no apparent reason.
