Norwood Light Department

Big thanks to Norwood Light & Broadband for consistently providing great customer service! The business office representatives and technicians are very knowledgeable, and they always take time to listen before responding to my questions and concerns. They made my recent transition to streaming incredibly easy, and I couldn't have done it without them!

I had an Internet and cable TV problem today. What a GREAT experience I had with Norwood Broadband in getting it fixed. They were so efficient in the office when I called. They were extremely prompt in getting help here for me. And the two Technicians (George and Carlos) were very technically competent, professional and polite. Such a great experience. They both should get a raise! A big Thank You to Norwood Broadband!

Everyone At Norwood Light's Phone and Broadband department has been wonderful and quite a refreshing departure from the big national brands. I can't say enough about Phenoms George and Carlos, each ace technicians and a little magician too. I am still amazed at just how far above and beyond they are committed to go for a customer. This level of dedication, skill and service is like finding a needle in a haystack. My install was wrought with technical complications that had nothing to do with Norwood Light. I am blown away at how they handled it and rectified the issues. Lindsay and Magner in customer service were so accommodating. Ron Re in sales was also outstanding.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by George and John from Norwood Light! They went above and beyond to help me get my printer working again during our busy tax season. Their professionalism, dedication and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier! Thank you!

Carlos came and installed our cable this morning. He did a great job. Considerate to where we wanted the connection and made sure before he left we were happy with the work

Carlos was able to change my internet from xfinity to norwood light in about an hour. The signal is coming in perfectly and I have had no issues. I thought changing internet providers was going to be difficult but Carlos made it very easy.

George the technician outstanding. They need to clone him. He is very talented and savvy and technology. They NEED TO PAY HIM MORE MONEY.

George was a great help today. He repositioned equipment and fixed our problem. He was very patient and clearly explained everything!!
